How to Order

Order Online
Use the shopping cart to purchase one or more items from the Sealed With Love e-Shop. When you have finished shopping review the items in your shopping cart and complete the ordering process by clicking on the checkout button.

Order by Phone
Call (914) 788-4454 to speak to a Sealed With Love sales associate at Opal Moon. They will be able to assist you in placing an order over the telephone.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover/Novus on line or over the phone, alternatively you can place a payment through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Shipping
We ship all in stock items within 1 business day of receipt for orders placed during weekday business hours. Weekend orders will ship the following business day. Please note that due to the nature of our business, some items may be out of stock and cause greater shipping delays. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Item Availability, Size & Special Orders
If any part of your order is out of stock you will be contacted by Opal Moon and notified as to when you can expect your item to arrive. Rainbow Spirit jewelry is handmade. We know that you will value the time and love taken to make each special piece. The Rainbow Spirit bracelets come in one size. If you require a different size it can be special ordered. Some bracelets are special orders because they contain rare or difficult to obtain beads. Please contact Elizabeth for more information.

Shipping Rates (US)
We ship all of our packages through the United States Postal Service. Once your transaction has cleared you will receive an email receipt with a tracking number. You can use this to find out where the package is in the shipping process. Once your package leaves Opal Moon it is up to USPS to deliver your package. If there are any delays in this process please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Returns
We are happy to accept returns or replacements however, please note that shipping is not refunded and a 10% handling charge will be subtracted from your purchase. Please contact Opal Moon before returning an item. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of your item and must include a copy of the original invoice and must be in the original condition. Sealed With Love and Opal Moon are not responsible for the postage on returns.
