Use the shopping cart to purchase one or more items from the Sealed With Love e-Shop. When you have finished shopping review the items in your shopping cart and complete the ordering process by clicking on the checkout button.

Payment Options
You can pay for your gifts using the PayPal credit card function using a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover card, or you can send an e-check. Even if you do not have a PayPal account you can still make a payment. If you prefer to pay by regular check you can contact Sealed With Love for order and mailing details.

Shipping
All retail orders priced over $150, not including shipping and tax, are shipped free, orders from within New York state are subject to state and local tax. We ship all in stock items within 1 business day of receipt for orders placed during weekdays. Weekend orders will ship the following business day. Please note that due to the nature of our business, some items may be out of stock and cause greater shipping delays. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Item Availability, Size & Special Orders
If any part of your order is out of stock you will be contacted and notified as to when you can expect your item to arrive. Sealed With Love jewelry is handmade. We know that you will value the time and love taken to make each special piece. All items come in one size. If you require a different size it can be special ordered. Repairs, Recharging, Resizing
We are happy to repair any piece that might lose a stone or fracture, to recharge a piece that needs a boost and resize a piece that has already been purchased. There is a charge for shipping and handling and you will be advised of the cost of replacement elements. Contact Sealed With Love for more information

Shipping Rates (US)
We ship all of our packages through the United States Postal Service and include a delivery confirmation. Once your package leaves Sealed With Love it is up to USPS to deliver your package. If there are any delays in this process please contact Sealed With Love.

Returns
We are happy to accept returns or replacements however, please note that shipping is not refunded and a 10% handling charge will be subtracted from your purchase. Please contact Sealed With Love before returning an item. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of your item and must include a copy of the original invoice and must be in the original condition. Sealed With Love is not responsible for the postage on returns.

Caring for your Sealed With Love Jewelry

To ensure the lasting quality of your jewelry do not use abrasive cleaners, sonic cleaners, boiling water or commercial jewelry cleaners. To completely cleanse your jewelry you can use a baby wipe and then wipe off with a soft, clean, dry cloth, or place it in warm water with a small amount of mild detergent and gently cleanse each bead. Wash off in cool clean water and wipe with a soft clean cloth to enhance the beads sheen. To re-energize you can do one or all of the following:

• Carefully place on an amethyst geode for 24 hours
• Place in indirect sunlight and direct moonlight for 90 minutes
• Place in a hard waterproof container and bury in the earth for 24 hours
• Hold under a stream of spring water
• Hold in both your hands and send healing energy
• Carefully place on a quartz crystal cluster
• Use sound – clapping, bells, singing bowls, music, etc.
