Wishing Circle Buzz! What’s it all about?
What you see you remember
What you hear you forget
And what you do you know
– Zen saying.
I start most of my workshops with the above saying, to explain why I offer an experiential event and that we learn by doing it for ourselves.
At the beginning of the Wishing Circle I introduce myself, my background and the events that led to creating my first book Wishing: How to Fulfill Your Heart’s Desires.

| Wishing Circle at Divine Inspirations, NJ & Breathe Books, MD | |
We sit in a circle. The circle is a sacred symbol of completion – we come full circle! As a psychic and healer it is also a working environment for development. Our energy joins, protects, creates, supports and heals our intentions. The energy grows as we sit across from and next to each other. It is such a powerful energy that it is palpable to those present in a circle.
I think of Wishing as a recipe book with seven ingredients known as principles. The most important ingredient is love. Everything you want to attract contains unconditional love. Unless your heart is open to love then no amount of ingredients are going to manifest your wish.
Being open to love means that your heart is willing to receive the manifestation of your wish. Quite frankly if your heart is closed then it’s like ordering pizza delivery, you may well manifest a pie, but the delivery guy will go straight past your house.

| Opening the heart exercise, Breathe Books & Omega Institute, NY | |
There is an exercise in the Wishing Circle designed to open the heart, or at least to chip away at some of the obstacles that could prevent you from receiving your wish. This is an extremely powerful process and far more effective than people initially realize.

| Wishing Chain & Wishing Water | |
Once the exercise is over we come back to the circle and prepare to make wishes. As we go through the Pink Bubble manifestation meditation taken from Wishing we each hold a heart-shaped bead in our hands. The bead is later threaded onto a Wishing Chain akin to a daisy chain. I take the chain to all of my Wishing Circles, workshops, and consultations. The intention is to increase the energy of the Wish Hearts and therefore of the wishes they hold.

| Giving Wishing Water to a special tree – note the orb above the tree! |
Wishing Chain in August 2008. |
Next we put our wishes for the community and the world into a bowl of water in the center of the circle. At the end of the Wishing Circle I give the water to a special tree in the community. As the tree grows, so the wishes grow.
Do you have a wish you would like to make? I invite you to join me at the Wishing Circle. Check my schedule for dates. If you don’t see one in your area, contact your local bookstore, center, spa, or retreat and ask them if they will create a space for a special event.
