It runs from birthday to birthday rather than from year to year, although the influence of the numerology cycles can overlap by as much as six months either side. If your last birthday was in the year 2003 then the year 2003 will still be your current numerology progression. Your next birthday in 2004 will be the start of your next numerology progression.

Numerology progressions begin at number 2 and end at number 21. To find your numerology progression add the day and month of your birth to the year of your last birthday. For example, lets say your birthday was 6th February; your current numerology growth cycle would be 4.
