Creating Rainbow Spirits
I have a service called Personal Design to create individually designed jewelry for people. It is a process of tuning in to the person making the request and feeling the colors. Then I make the jewelry - currently a bracelet - and sit with it until it tells me its name. This often comes in pieces. I think it does this because it stimulates my thoughts so I have to let the energy grow until it is totally centered in my consciousness and I am not letting my ideas get in the way. Once the name comes the energy of each bead and their combined energy gives me the message of what it’s purpose might be. Just yesterday as I was writing about a bracelet for a lady I realized that the energy does not completely come into form until it has given me the message of it’s purpose. Once it shares this with me then and only then does it transform into the reflection in physical form of the energy, as if it has given me its calling card and once introduced is ready to be born. I love the continual learning path I am on and thank everyone for being a part of that journey.

Ananda Khanda
I find that when I give consultations I gain wisdom that I hadn’t thought about or wasn’t aware of. This happened at the weekend during a session at Divine Inspirations in Nutley, NJ. I was talking about the new heart energy between the heart and throat chakra, a little to the right of the heart. This is a turquoise color, the vibration of the new age. I spoke of this new energy opening up and then began talking about the resonance that would connect everyone as it awakened within each person. I learned that once opened this chakra would link each of us as one like a network, a reflection of the new age of Aquarius, the age of the community. Any blue color relates to communication so this chakra guides us to communicate with each other and eventually to communicate on a higher vibrational frequency. This is why so many of us are training as psychics or are interested in sensory living. Part of this is being stimulated by this chakra opening up.

Divine Inspiration
I will be in Nutley, NJ today offering consultations and healing sessions. I work with color so it is always interesting to see the energy of people during sessions. I am constantly learning what different energies mean and of course growing with my abilities. But, my gift of auric sight comes from my strong feeling sense and not from my capacity to see. It goes through my feelings and then into my clairvoyant vision, this is how auric sight works, so I use my feelings to interpret the colors and combinations of color. We all have this ability, we just don’t all see colors when we interpret energy.

Wishing to be Healed
We are all in need of healing ans when a physical ailment calls our attention to it, we have to remember that it is the body trying to remind us of a message we may have already intuited at another time. When I travel I am very aware of my body’s need for vitamin C. If I don’t take it in time my throat gets sore. What does this tell me? It says I wasn’t listening. The throat is connected with the ears and the site of inspiration. I know that I need to take this orange energy. It stimulates my circuits and keeps my energy balanced, yet I forget. My body kindly reminds me with the sore throat. What do your ailments tell you?

Being American
Today I became an American citizen. It was a very emotional event. My husband took plenty of photos and he too was taken aback by how touching the whole affair was. We are both very proud to be Americans. My father who passed into spirit a few years ago usually sends me a gift of a rainbow when he wants me to know he is thinking of me. Right on cue there was a beautiful rainbow, a message of love. Thanks dad!

Spirit Lights
I often see sparks of light around people when they say something that is the truth. I have been told that Doreen Virtue calls these fairy lights or angel lights, but having seen these as well and more often than not in nature I would say that they have a more lasting effect than the truth lights I see around people. We all see things in a different way. I believe we can create and mold the energy we see into something that is acceptable to us. I have always seen energy, only now do some of these energies make sense. I now know to ask what something means and te answer always comes.

Spirit Connections
I am always aware that spirit are around me when the top of head feels like it has someone tickling it. It feels a little like cobwebs attaching to my hair and then pulling a little. I feel this when they want me to know they are around and ready to work, or when something is about to change in my life, or when they have a message for the person I am about to meet/email/connect with. Sometimes I get this feeling when we are on the road in the car and it signifies that someone has either left energy behind in that spot on the road, maybe they have passed into spirit or there was an accident there. I have to figure out what the energy is and requires me to tune into it. I write this because just before I started writing my blog I got the “cobweb” feeling. It inspired me to write about it, so that was probably why I had the feeling in the first place. We sense energy in different ways. Some people get goose bumps, others butterflies in the stomach, or skin crawling, or a distinct smell, or maybe see a brief image out of the corner of the eye - that kind of thing. It helps to be aware of those moments and to tune into what they mean. It might be a message for you, for someone else, or just for you to be aware of the energy.

Red, White & Blue
When I first came to the United States it felt like I had come home. I remember some of the previous lifetimes I have spent here in the US. I love this land more than any other I have ever visited. I am meant to be here. My brother had the same feeling about the place he lives. Maybe it runs in our family to know where we belong. Once found it feels like the self can let go, relax, and just be. I had apparently told my brother when I was a young child that I would live in the US. Before I came here though I always felt like a square peg in a round hole with the sense that something was missing in my life. We are integrally connected to the land, I believe that all land carries acupuncture points and that as we gravitate to particular places we heal that point within ourselves. Something for you to ponder on!

Pink Love & Appreciation
When we love someone or send appreciation, rays of pink light go from our hearts into the energy field of the person we are loving and appreciating. You don’t have to see this person. Just thinking of them transmits this energy. It is a beautiful sight to see, balls of pink fluffy light suddenly appearing in someone’s field. When I teach I often see this pink light floating around the room giving a rose tint to the whole space. It looks like a pink sunset and is particularly beautiful to be a part of. Thank you for your love!

Pittsburgh Wishes
We have a GPS system called Lola. Today she took us on the scenic route, up hill and down dale, then back the way we came and finally to the place we intended to be - Journeys of Life. An apt name for Lola’s indirect route. I suppose this is something we do. We have an intention to go somewhere, but don’t always get there in the most direct way, we take a side road or make a stop along the way. Eventually we arrive. As the saying goes, “Life is a journey and not a destination!” Lola regularly teaches us this little snippet of wisdom.

Cemetery Energy
Today I walked a cemetery. I always expect to see and sense more in cemeteries and yet this is where the temple of the body is left behind, the spirit moves on to better things. I did see ectoplasm though, energy from spirit, but it was just energy and not forming anything in particular. I had the strong sense that spirit wanted me to walk the cemetery to remember the people whose grave stones I read. When we think of someone in spirit its like the phone is ringing for them. A light goes on in their energy and they feel the energy of being thought of. I am sure this is a nice feeling, to be remembered.

On the Road Again!
I love traveling through the United States. It is so big and variable. Being a Brit our country is small, everything is much smaller, so the United States not only offers freedom for many but the land itself exudes freedom by its sheer size. My newsletter this month is on sensing energy from everything around you. When I first arrived in the US I visited Manhattan and felt the energy was that of a Native American burial ground, it felt sacred to me more than those who lived there realized. But it is only recently that I have discovered my feelings about Manhattan’s history to be correct. It’s always nice to have information verified. I have to take care not to pick up energy of people around me, especially when we are on the road. We visit so many hotels and of course sleep in beds that others have slept in previously. So I make an intention to protect and cleanse energy wherever I am. If a town or city feels uncomfortable then I connect with the angel and the energy of that city. Yes each city has an angel watching over it. The angel can help me attune to the energy and cares for my energy while I am there. Try this, connect with the angel watching over the place you live. They like to be acknowledged.
