Grounding

I have been working and traveling and find that I am ungrounded. To ground I often eat - then put weight on of course. The best way to ground though for me is to relax in a bath, and then meditate. I imagine tree roots going into the ground from my legs, and lower torso. Alim my guide usually comes in to surround me with light and angelic energy is often around just to work with and through me as I do this. I know when I am ungrounded mostly because I make mistakes or I am running around looking for something that is lost. How do you know when you are ungrounded? Check my articles page for more information on grounding.

Color Signs

On Saturday my computer was on my booth table at the MBS with my Chakra Workout Meditations CD . On Sunday it would not play no matter what I did. Then I noticed that the computer had somehow changed the name of the artist on my CD to “Elizabeth Harper and The Technicolor Dreamcoat!” My guides tend to have fun, maybe I need to buy a new coat grin

Mind Body Spirit & Friends

We had a great few days at the MBS expo, made new friends, renewed friendships, shared stories, hugged lots, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Everyone loved Win who likes to entertain and laugh his way through life. We are off to Omega tomorrow for the staff party and then head north for a few days to the Finger Lakes.

Energy is shifting, a new light is on its way, let us not cast shadows, let us be the light - this comes from my guide Alim, a wise soul indeed.

Watching the Waves

We are at Virginia Beach watching the half moon smile on the ocean. The waves and wind have turned so I expect tomorrow will be a warmer day. I will be in Richmond on Tuesday. I missed last week when a stomach bug kept me in bed. Something bugging me:) in my stomach - my power - and I had very little energy so I felt powerless. Isn’t it interesting how the body talks!

The Wish Mobile

On the side of my car - I named her Angel - I have two magnetic strips promoting my Wishing book. The car is a white highlander and the magnets are blue just like my book. We have named her in addition to Angel, The Wish Mobile. Recently quite a few people have stopped to read what the magnets say. It seems they are magnetizing people:) Tomorrow we start our travels again. First to Washington DC area, then Richmond to the Alchemists store - I’ll be there twice - Atlanta, Charlotte to visit family, and Philadelphia. If you should see the Wish Mobile do give us a wave or toot your horn or stop for a chat. If you have my Wishing book then I would be more than happy to stop and sign it. See you soon!

East West

We are having breakfast at Esalen overlooking the Pacific ocean. It is chilly which means the view is crisp. The energy is different from Omega my usual haunt. We met our friend John Perkins here who happens to be teaching a workshop at the same time as our visit. We commented that he is looking younger. He told us it was his intention and had been focusing on being younger. Well, it’s working! We drive down the coast on our way back to LA this afternoon. I like California, the people are different from the east and the terrain is different, but there is a calmer maybe a more relaxed feeling here. Of course it could be because I am doing something different.

Just Visiting

We had a great night at the Bodhi Tree bookstore in West Hollywood last night. It’s the first time I have explained an exercise and then had everyone jump right into it before I had finished the description - SWEET!!! I have lots to say about the west coast but will save it for later. For now we are heading to Santa Barbara, then unless I have it geographically mixed up we will be moving on to Mindshop Metaphysical in Pacific Grove, Soulscape in Encinitas, Quietstar in San Luis Obispo, Gateway books in Santa Cruz, Luminata in Monterrey, and eventually Esalen on Thursday. After that we will head south to San Diego. Yesterday we visited a great place in LA called White Lotus. It is full of light so check it out. As they say in the south we’re “fixin” to visit stores in areas along the southern half of California.  We’ll be turning up there today and tomorrow, just visiting and saying hello. Maybe we’ll see you there!

Earth

Yesterday I came a different way home from a trip I made. I like doing this, it inspires me to see different things and helps me to appreciate how wonderful it is to live on the earth. I began to appreciate it more when I thought I did not have long to be on earth. It was only then that I realized what a great place it is and how much fun it is to be here. When this little brush with my mortality woke me up I gained awareness. The awareness told me that it is a complete waste of time to be miserable. This is the place to experience the emotional realm to its fullest degree, misery may well be a part of it, but this is just a reaction. The truth is the light and the light is joy, and the joy is bliss, and the bliss is the Divine, and the Divine is me. I came full circle, as usual!

I’m Spiritual Are You?

I have been on the door of the John of God event ferrying people through to receive a blessing from this extraordinary man. One person in the line is a co-founder of Omega with every right to demand to be at the front of the line, yet no such demand is made. This person happily stands in line with everyone else. How many of us would have such humility if we were in the same situation?
