Blue
Blue is trustworthy, peaceful, and embraces your need to feel safe in a loving and supportive relationship. Blue is like the sky so you are expanding an area of your life where you feel safe, this could be your home or career, or it could be taking that next step in a relationship. Blue is like the water and links with communication, so you’ll be hearing from someone who’s on a trip or lives overseas, and blue is the blue moon, so a significant event is about to occur in your life that you were kind of expecting but thought would never happen; well against all odds your wish is coming true.

I have been on the road again, this time at a resort in Pennsylvania’s Poconos Mountains. So inspiration for our color messages comes from signposts on the road, you’ll understand this in a moment. Green
In the US, highway road signs with directions on them are all in green, so green for you is about noticing the signs that are telling you which way to go. This week you’ll receive a definite signpost indicating which direction to take.  Trust the signs and go with it. White
In the US white markers on the road keep us in the right lane. So your message is that you are on track and heading in the right direction, you might not always know where you’re going, but an inner knowing is driving you and keeping you between the lines. There is a bit of a roadblock coming up for you; just when you thought you were taking a break and getting away from the hustle and bustle of life, you’re going to be pulled right back into the fray - but you’ll be glad of it. Orange
Orange relates to hazard signs, so orange for you is about recognizing signs of danger that keep cropping up in your life. This is an emotional color, manifesting as internal eruptions. So you could have been more emotional than usual, or maybe your allergies are playing up. These are indicators that something is out of balance. Don’t ignore this. Heed the signs and make those much-needed changes to benefit your health and your emotional wellbeing. Do this, and everything in your life will profit, plus you’ll actually start to look younger - a nice side effect!

This week we’re looking at what’s going in the wrong direction in your life - the weather is stormy - through the colors you choose and how to use color to turn your luck around. Turquoise
This is communication energy, so you’re having miscommunications or missed communications. Turquoise is a cold color so you could have been giving or getting the cold shoulder, OR all your communication equipment has been going haywire and you’re just not connecting. So use magenta to turn this energy around - it’s loving, warm, and passionate, plus it’s an action color. Wear magenta around your throat, add magenta to your screen saver and add some stick on magenta colored sparkles to your computer lid and phone.

Red
Red is about your abundance and financial life. When your bank balance is in the red more money is going out than coming in. Red energy is fast moving and it’s actually a fabulous color to increase wealth and get your abundance flowing; problem is if you have too much red then you can be a little spendthrift. So use green to shift the energy. Put a wad of green colored money or money in a green envelope and place in front of a mirror in the abundance corner of your office, that’s the South East corner, to double your money.

Indigo
This is the invisible color, you feel like everyone else is getting their chance to shine and you’re not getting the golden opportunities you deserve. You’re being ignored, you’re not being seen or respected, and you’re getting passed over for someone else. Change your luck by adding gold. Get yourself a nice big gold circle or star, place your photo in the middle with “Congratulations” written underneath, then stick this on your letterbox or wherever you put the mail or on your computer.  Diplomas have gold seals on them so what you’re doing is giving yourself a seal of approval and the recognition you deserve.

This last weekend I was in Massachusetts at the Whole Health Expo for Earth Day. So, rather than selecting a color, we’re using 3 insects for our color messages, insects are very important to our Eco system. So, using your intuition select one of the following insects – Dragonfly, Butterfly or Honey Bee – Each insect of course comes with color.

Dragonfly
This links with the rainbow, the wings of the Dragonfly are just like rainbows, rainbows signify completion. So you’re completing jobs, tying up loose ends, and looking at your options, you have lots of choices. Dragonfly medicine relates to illusion, so take care this week to focus on what is real and don’t take too much notice of gossip or your own stories. Watch out for a rainbow or dragonfly this is a special blessing so make a wish as soon as you see either one.

Butterfly
My mother used to say what the caterpillar calls death the master calls a butterfly, so your message is about transformation and your color is violet. You are going through a huge shift both internally and externally, so you’re like a caterpillar and the next step on your journey is freedom, YES you’re sprouting wings and you’re about to fly, this might sound a bit challenging for you, So use violet to help you through this transition, wrap yourself in violet, place violet flowers on your kitchen windowsill so you can see them every morning and carry some amethyst crystal in your pocket.

Honeybee
Your color is amber gold the color of honey and your message is about relationships. First of all, you are part of a team, the team could be your partner, family, friends, or work colleagues; even though you may feel like an outsider sometimes, you are a much needed part of that team, and you are doing your best, so give yourself a pat on the back. Honeybees relate to honeymoons so love and romance is in the air for you, again this is about working together, your relationship status is going up a notch so you have good reason to celebrate this week.

But, you’re not so good at helping yourself, you can get stuck in a rut, so to heal this start by eating only fresh fruits and vegetables, go on a juice fast, and get lots of fresh air. This will unblock your emotions, have a domino effect on your health and make you feel ready for that new start you’ve been promising yourself.

Violet
This is the crown chakra at the top of your head. Violet is about transformation. You’ve been through an enormous amount of change and you’re showing others by example that there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Violet is a highly spiritual and psychic energy so you’re more in tune with this side of yourself right now and you could use these gifts to pursue a new career. But, violet can make you very insular so it’s important for you to stay connected with people socially. There’s a change on the cards for you this week, something to do with the way you look that will draw more attention to you.

Spring is a good time to have a food oracle and as we had eggs last week I thought we’d use other types of food this week. We’re also tapping into Goddess Power for additional messages. Tomato Red
Tomatoes were banned by the church of Rome for being ‘the devils fruit and were called scandalous and a sinful indulgence. So the message for you is that you have created a bit of a scandal, but it’s because some people around you have misunderstood a situation in your life, and consequently they may have shunned you and said some pretty nasty things. In due time everything will turn around in your favor and the misunderstanding will all be cleared up. On a lighter side, tomatoes are also known as love apples, so expect a gift of love this week from an unexpected source that could bring you some plump and fruity abundance. Hmmm, sinful!!!!
* Your Goddess card is Nu Kua and her message is about order and creating structure in your life.  So using a red pen symbolizing stability, make a list of what is in disorder in your life and call on Nu Kua to help you as you make an intention to bring order to everything on your list one item at a time.

Eggplant Purple
Or in some parts of the world this would be called Aubergine Purple. Purple is a color of the mysteries and secrets so your message is that you have been keeping a secret. Of course this doesn’t have to be as clandestine as it sounds. What it means is you have been doing one thing but believing another, so for instance if you have healing skills you might be poo pooing it in public but in private really believe that you have a gift. So it’s time to come clean. You don’t have to expose yourself to others, but you do need to be honest with yourself and live from a place of integrity otherwise the universe will keep reminding you of this chink in your armor, and you know what I mean by that. 
* Your Goddess card is Eurynome, she laid the Universal egg, kinda like an eggplant, out of which all creation came. So her message is that you create everything in your life. So the next time you meditate visualize yourself sitting in Eurynome’s egg, think about what you want to create in your life, and imagine it being energetically born into your world as your egg cracks open. 

Lettuce Green
Well what can I say! Green is the color of the heart chakra and a lettuce really looks like the many petals of the lotus flower that represents the heart chakra. The message for you is that its time to rekindle family ties. Your heart chakra has been a bit limp and needs water, water equals emotion and emotion in this instance means love, not sexual love, this is more like a brother sister or parent child love. Once you reconnect your heart chakra will look like ET’s heart when his family came to pick him up from Earth – it will be full of light and you will feel as if a missing part of you has been returned.
* Your Goddess card is Corn Woman, and her message is about nourishment, your relationship with food, and your ability to love yourself. So the next time you eat say a prayer over your food to energize it, ask that it contain love and thank it for giving its life force energy to nurture and nourish you.

Next weekend is Easter so we’re going to use some surprisingly traditional Easter colors for our coloriscious messages this week. As usual, using your intuition select one of the following colors – Red, Green or Brown

Red
In some religions it’s customary at Easter to paint boiled eggs red, these represent the resurrection, but the symbolic use of eggs actually comes from Goddess worship and that Goddess is Eostre – sounds familiar doesn’t it? So the message for you is, someone from your past is resurfacing; this will invoke mixed emotions and might make you feel unsettled. This certain someone is going to make you a tantalizing offer, but don’t put all your eggs in one basket - keep your options open, bide your time and realize that you’re hot stuff, so you don’t need to make a decision right now. 

Green
The Goddess Eostre rules the season of Spring; green symbolizes a new cycle of evolution so your message is about new beginnings and new growth. This is the perfect time for you to grow your business, nurture new relationships, and start a new exercise plan or diet. Green is the color of the heart, so diet and exercise plans need to be heart healthy; make sure to eat plenty of greens. You’re also going to see financial growth, this is a natural step for you, so allow yourself to go with what feels natural and don’t try to force things - luck is on your side.

Brown
At Easter we have chocolate eggs and chocolate bunnies. Eggs and Bunnies are the Goddess Eostre’s symbols of fertility. Brown is the color of soil, when you plant seeds in fertile soil then they’re bound to grow. Over this next month you’ll be planting seeds, they could be ideas or physical projects. It’s going to take time for your seeds to germinate but they will take root and develop, so have faith. If you’re looking to get pregnant then this is also a favorable time for you. Brown represents mother energy, so plant some intention seeds of love and share that love with your nearest and dearest.

For the past couple of Saturdays my husband and I have attended ballroom dancing classes, there’s a lot of color in dance, so we’re linking a dance style and the energy of that dance with our color messages this week.  So, using your intuition select one of the following colors – Red, Orange or Yellow - then read the oracle below for this week’s messages.

Red
Your dance is the Rumba, this is a quick, quick, slow, quick, quick slow step, so this reflects what’s happening for you. Your dance is the Tango, so guess what, you’re in for some hot steamy relationship energy. Unsurprisingly you’ll be feeling sexy and on top of the world. Orange is a fiery passionate color so you’ll be burning your way into the hearts of more than one person this week; this could get complicated, remember it takes “two to Tango.” You’re flaming hot attitude can make you do or say things on the spur of the moment that you might regret, so take care. If you feel like you’re about to explode use the color blue, it will calm the heat and control your passion.

Yellow
Your dance is the Merengue. There’s a saying that if you can walk then you can dance the Merengue.  So your message is that you’re going to be asked to step up to the plate, to do something that you didn’t think you could do or you never imagined yourself doing; but it will come naturally to you and its going to be fun.  In the Merengue its not the moves you do its how you move, so move fearlessly with confidence. Silver
A message is coming to you from a loved one on the other side, so someone who’s passed into spirit. You’re going on a trip to a place you’ve only dreamt of visiting, now this could be an actual place or it could be a new phase in your life, one that you’ve been dreaming of. White energy brings new beginnings, but you have to let go of the old in order to move into the new. You’re also re-organizing and redefining what is important to you. Notice white feathers on your path this week, these are messages from your angels asking you to follow your heart and to take a leap of faith.

Your Goddess is Cyane; she’s a water Goddess and she’s one of those deities that has a bone to pick with anyone who does her wrong, so she’s great to have on your side if you’re feeling mistreated. She offers you clues to find what you’re looking for through the element of water. So this week whatever guidance you need, whether it’s about love, or money or health, hold a glass of water in your hands and ask Cyane to reveal her truth. Then drink the water while thanking the Goddess. Guidance will come to you through your emotions so let your feelings be your guide.

Watermelon
Your heart is about to be broken into, but don’t panic, this is a good thing. Your hard exterior has been protecting your soft loving heart and its time for the real you to come out to play. Someone or something will magically touch your inner core giving you no choice but to break your heart open; it’s going to feel good so don’t worry about it. A party or celebration reconnects you with old friends and a book with a black or brown cover will give you a great idea.  Colors for watermelon are green and red so wear or eat these colors this week to find a happy balance between protection and openness.

Peach
I can’t resist saying that things are looking Peachy for you! Inside the peach is a huge seed symbolic of something that’s been bothering you for a long time; new information is coming to light enabling you to let go of this and move on.  Peaches are kind of exotic so you’ll be taking a trip to a place where there are lots of exotic colors and an item of clothing or piece of jewelry you thought you’d lost is going to resurface, when this happens it’ll be an omen of change signifying new adventures on the horizon. Try some peach flower essence to help you fully embrace new experiences you’re about to have.
 
Banana
Bananas come in bunches, so choosing banana says you’re trying to assert your individuality, stand apart from everyone else and find your unique brand. You are on the right path. There’ll be a couple of writing errors this week so carefully check any documents or correspondence you receive or send out. Yellow is a color of breaking free but it can also come with some fear, so try rubbing your belly with the palm of your hand clockwise, the same way you do when you’ve just had a big meal while affirming, “I am fearless.” Repeat this until you feel calm.

White
It’s time for a fresh start. You’re ready to wipe that slate clean and begin again. This could be in relationships but the most important relationship is with yourself. So, here’s your color tip. Get a piece of clear crystal quartz, hold it in your hands and invite it to cleanse your energy while you sleep, then just pop it under your pillow for 7 days, at the end of the week place it and you in a nice warm salt water bath. As well as cleansing this also helps you see your relationships and what you want out of them with more clarity.

Red
You’re getting a lot of mixed messages coming in, one minute it looks like you’re going to get what you want and then it all blows up in your face. So here’s a red color tip spell to help you manifest your wishes; write your 3 wishes down on a piece of paper, then take a red pen and draw a big circle moving clockwise to enclose those 3 items, do this 3 times while saying My wishes 3 come to me, Once finished complete the spell by saying And so it be. Then tick off each wish using your red pen while saying thank you.
 
Pink
Pink is the color of unconditional love, so basically you’re in for a great week. You’ll enjoy some downtime with loved ones, someone dear to you may tweak you’re heartstrings a little, but it’ll be OK. Pink adds an extra sparkle to your aura creating additional harmony in your life. Overall you’re just going to feel great. If you have any rose quartz jewelry wear it or if you have a rose quartz crystal have it in your pocket, it’ll help keep you in a receptive mood.

This week we’re using colors linked with some of the exotic creatures I saw on my trip to Costa Rica teaching at the Omega Blue Spirit Retreat. We’re using three colors so as usual intuitively select one out of the following three colors - Black, Green, or Red – each color has a message from your color power animal.

Black

Your power animal is a Howler Monkey, so named because they howl and when they do they sound like an air raid siren. So your message is about socializing with family members, establishing your territory, having fun, and speaking up. You are making your mark; you’re really proving who you are and what you can do. Call on your nearest and dearest to support you. Anyone not willing to back you up will leave your pack. You’re going to feel on top of the world because you’re coming into your power – black is a power color, so this is a good color for you to wear this week. 

Green

Your power animal is a Parrot. I saw a pair of Parrots noisily flying together. Green of course is the color of the heart, so your message is about relationships. If you’re not in a relationship then a partner is coming for you, but this isn’t going to be an easy one, there’ll be a conversations that’ll be like a tennis match, you know a lot of back and forth, so until you find a good balance, it will feel like you’re banging your head against a brick wall, but at the same time it’s actually going to feel very healthy. For those already in a relationship the green Parrot message is to listen to what your partner has to say to you before jumping in with your opinion. When you do this you and your partner will feel much more valued and appreciated.

Red

Your power animal is a red crab. I saw a bunch of red crabs on the beach and whenever I got close they’d just pop into a neighbor’s hole. So your message is about sharing, creating a sacred space and also about creating something new. So, you’ll be receiving some surprise visitors this week, plus you’ll be planning a surprise visit of your own.  There’s a new venture for you to be part of, but don’t be disappointed if it doesn’t go in the direction you envision, it is a stepping stone toward other exciting adventures. Red is a color of speed so with so much going on for you in a short space of time you might feel a little disoriented, so wear red socks, paint your toenails red or eat red foods. This’ll help you come back to your center and keep you grounded.

This week we’re using four colors (inspired by my trip to Mexico) so I’d like you to select two out of those four colors. Each color has a message plus you get an additional message from your combined colors. So using your intuition, select two of the following colors – Indigo, Turquoise, Gold or terracotta. Indigo
You’re in one of those “can’t see the wood for the trees” phases. Indigo is a color of vision, so the only way to get through this imaginary forest is to visualize a path. You don’t have to imagine how it’s going to look just picture it and your way through the woods will appear.

Turquoise
Your artistic flair is surfacing this week, and it’s expressed in a slightly mischievous way, so you could get provocatively creative in the kitchen or with your clothes or with a story you’re telling. However your creativity is channeled this is a great time to unleash your inner naughtiness….hello! 

Gold
You have a spectacular week ahead of you, a bit hectic, but you’ll accomplish plenty. Money is going to be a bit of an issue, only because you’ll spend more than you anticipated, but don’t worry, it’ll all balance out in the end and you’ll have something wonderful to show for it.

Terracotta
You can look forward to a blast from the past, someone is breezing into and sadly straight back out of your life, but it’ll be good while it lasts. So enjoy it, don’t get too attached and just remember the good times.

Color combinations, if you chose…
Indigo and Turquoise – It’s time to be honest - express yourself truthfully, but remember to be kind.
Turquoise and gold – You will receive a surprise gift, not necessarily a physical one.
Gold and Terracotta – The message for you is Go For it! Stop thinking about it and just do it already.
Indigo and Gold – Something you wrote a year ago is coming true, so look back on your wish list.

This is the week before Christmas Color Tips so we’re using traditional Christmas colors for insight into your week ahead plus a sneak preview into your coming year. So using your intuition select one of the following colors – Red, Green or White....each color comes with a message and a little history behind the foundation of the Christmas colors.

Red
Many Christmas traditions owe their humble beginnings to ancient Pagan rites, but one - Santa Claus’ famous red-and-white suit. This was actually created as part of an ad campaign by Coca Cola in the early 1930s. Before that, Santa wore many different outfits, according to various customs. So red for you this week is that you’re going to learn a truth that will change your perspective on a long held belief and it’s going to be good. The truth will set you free. Your year ahead is about forging new ground and filling in any emptiness you felt in the past 6 months. Red energy gives you what it takes to make your life wonderful and fulfilling and it starts right now!

Green….
….the color of life, regeneration, karma, and death – don’t worry you’re not going anywhere any day soon. Green contains the essence of fruitfulness, it’s a symbol of new beginnings and fertility and in Europe, it was customary for evergreen trees to be brought into homes as a reminder of eternal life and growth. So your Christmas tree is a symbol of life and whatever you put on it represents something you want to bring to life which is one of the reasons Sharina tells us to make a box of wishes and put it under the Christmas tree, well at least one of your wishes will be fulfilled this week and your other wishes will grow over the next 12 months and by this time next year your life will feel a lot more rooted, stable and secure. So there’s lots of growth for you.

White
December 25th is when the Pagan world celebrated the rebirth of the sun-god and the white berries of the mistletoe represented droplets of the sun god’s fertility. Mistletoe was hung in doorways of temples and homes to encourage fertility in those who stood beneath them hence the make out session under the mistletoe. So your message is about different kinds of partnerships entering your life over this week and into next year. There is a good business partnership building, business doesn’t have to mean work it could be someone you’ve joined forces with who has the same goal in mind, like a weight loss partner. There’s a love relationship that will result in a joint celebration and there’s the potential to stretch your network to include partners or friends from other cultures. So you have plenty to look forward to.

This past week I was at the Heaven on Earth center in Massachusetts surrounded by Angel Messengers. So for our coloriscious color tips we’re calling in messages from our angels. Using your intuition select one of the four following colors – Purple, Blue, Green or Pink – each color comes with an Archangel and a Divine message of Guidance and healing.

Purple
This is Archangel Jeremiel, Jeremiel motivates the spiritual side of life; when you’re feeling spiritually stuck or need inspiration then Jeremiel is the angel to call upon. So the message for you is about stuckness. Something in your life isn’t working or going to plan and it’s because there’s an obstacle in your path. The crystal aligned with Jeremiel is amethyst, this crystal and color will help you let go of whatever it is that is holding you back. Wear amethyst or have it close enough to you to infuse your energy field with purple and whatever stands in your way will magically dissolve.

Blue
Archangel Zadkiel is with you, this is the angel of prayer, so your message is that your prayers can be answered, all you have to do is ask.  Blue is the color of communication so this isn’t just about asking your angels for what you want it’s also about communicating your needs and desires with the people around you. The crystal aligned with Zadkiel is Lapis Lazuli - this stone empowers you to speak your truth, so wearing it close to your throat will help you speak up, especially to authority figures.

Green
Archangel Raphael the healing angel is with you; if you’ve been feeling a little out of sorts lately then this angel will bring you back to life. Raphael helps you to discover your own healing abilities. So the message for you is that you are a healer, but focus on yourself first, you can get to everyone else later. Malachite is linked with Rapahel. Malachite has lots of green waves in it; so just place a piece over your heart and it’ll send soothing rhythmic healing waves up and down your body.

Pink
Archangel Ariel is with you. Ariel is the Earth Angel she oversees the elemental and animal kingdoms, so the message for you is about sensitivity to your environment. You may have been feeling more emotional than usual. Part of this is about what’s been happening in your life, but it’s also because you’ve been acting like a human vacuum cleaner – in other words you’re hoovering up everyone else’s stuff.  Rose Quartz is the crystal linked with Ariel, this is a stone of love, so take a piece of rose quartz in your hand, run it up and down your energy field while inviting it to hoover up your energy and fill the empty spaces with love.

I am on the road again for the next two weeks. This past weekend I was teaching at a spa health resort in the Poconos Mountains of Pennsylvania. So for our Coloriscious Color Tip Oracle we’re going to look at health colors - which colors give you a boost and which ones calm you down.  We’re using the 3 primary colors red, yellow and blue, so using your intuition select two of these primary colors - your first favorite and your second favorite. Plus each color comes with a message for your week ahead.

Red
This boosts your energy, speeds up your metabolism and increases your appetite – that’s why so many fast food restaurants have a red theme, they’re trying to get you to eat more and be quick about it. Red stimulates the adrenals which is great if you’re on the treadmill, but if you’re already running on empty then red probably isn’t the best color to get you back on your feet. If you’ve got that “headless chicken” feeling then use your second choice color either yellow or blue, yellow will prompt you to cleanse your body and blue will relax you.
Red’s message is that the next 6 months are very important for you to create solid, stable foundations. A whole new beginning is coming in and you need to be ready for it.

Yellow
This color gives you the confidence to try new fitness routines and experiment with unusual diets. Yellow is a cleansing color so one of the best things for you is to go on a fast or to add lemon to your diet. But, yellow also stimulates your pancreas, that sweet spot in your body, so too much yellow can have you running to the cookie jar for a quick sugar fix. So to stave off those cravings look to your other color choice, red is going to turn your focus toward something else more fulfilling and blue will direct you to eat fruit rather than processed foods.
Yellow’s message is it’s time to make your move, just take a deep breath, feel the fear and do it anyway.

Blue
This color calms, relaxes and slows, so it’s actually a great color for routine and discipline, so if you’re planning to start a fitness regime or go on a diet then use blue. It’ll keep you focused and on track plus blue suppresses your appetite, so a great way to lose weight is to put your food on blue plates it’ll help you eat less. The downside of blue is that it slows things down so if you’re already feeling lackluster then use your other color choice, yellow will stop you making excuses and red will make you passionate about whatever it is you want to achieve.
The blue message is to follow the signs. You’ve been receiving lots of them and they’re coming from your angels in response to your prayers, so your prayers have been answered.
