This week we’re using four colors (inspired by my trip to Mexico) so I’d like you to select two out of those four colors. Each color has a message plus you get an additional message from your combined colors. So using your intuition, select two of the following colors – Indigo, Turquoise, Gold or terracotta. We’ll start with the individual color and finish with the color combo messages. 

Indigo
You’re in one of those “can’t see the wood for the trees” phases. Indigo is a color of vision, so the only way to get through this imaginary forest is to visualize a path. You don’t have to imagine how it’s going to look just picture it and your way through the woods will appear.

Turquoise
Your artistic flair is surfacing this week, and it’s expressed in a slightly mischievous way, so you could get provocatively creative in the kitchen or with your clothes or with a story you’re telling. However your creativity is channeled this is a great time to unleash your inner naughtiness….hello! 

Gold
You have a spectacular week ahead of you, a bit hectic, but you’ll accomplish plenty. Money is going to be a bit of an issue, only because you’ll spend more than you anticipated, but don’t worry, it’ll all balance out in the end and you’ll have something wonderful to show for it.

Terracotta
You can look forward to a blast from the past, someone is breezing into and sadly straight back out of your life, but it’ll be good while it lasts. So enjoy it, don’t get too attached and just remember the good times.

Color combinations, if you chose…
Indigo and Turquoise – It’s time to be honest - express yourself truthfully, but remember to be kind.
Turquoise and gold – You will receive a surprise gift, not necessarily a physical one.
Gold and Terracotta – The message for you is Go For it! Stop thinking about it and just do it already.
Indigo and Gold – Something you wrote a year ago is coming true, so look back on your wish list.

This is the week before Christmas Color Tips so we’re using traditional Christmas colors for insight into your week ahead plus a sneak preview into your coming year. So using your intuition select one of the following colors – Red, Green or White....each color comes with a message and a little history behind the foundation of the Christmas colors.

Red
Many Christmas traditions owe their humble beginnings to ancient Pagan rites, but one - Santa Claus’ famous red-and-white suit. This was actually created as part of an ad campaign by Coca Cola in the early 1930s. Before that, Santa wore many different outfits, according to various customs. So red for you this week is that you’re going to learn a truth that will change your perspective on a long held belief and it’s going to be good. The truth will set you free. Your year ahead is about forging new ground and filling in any emptiness you felt in the past 6 months. Red energy gives you what it takes to make your life wonderful and fulfilling and it starts right now!

Green….
….the color of life, regeneration, karma, and death – don’t worry you’re not going anywhere any day soon. Green contains the essence of fruitfulness, it’s a symbol of new beginnings and fertility and in Europe, it was customary for evergreen trees to be brought into homes as a reminder of eternal life and growth. So your Christmas tree is a symbol of life and whatever you put on it represents something you want to bring to life which is one of the reasons Sharina tells us to make a box of wishes and put it under the Christmas tree, well at least one of your wishes will be fulfilled this week and your other wishes will grow over the next 12 months and by this time next year your life will feel a lot more rooted, stable and secure. So there’s lots of growth for you.

White
December 25th is when the Pagan world celebrated the rebirth of the sun-god and the white berries of the mistletoe represented droplets of the sun god’s fertility. Mistletoe was hung in doorways of temples and homes to encourage fertility in those who stood beneath them hence the make out session under the mistletoe. So your message is about different kinds of partnerships entering your life over this week and into next year. There is a good business partnership building, business doesn’t have to mean work it could be someone you’ve joined forces with who has the same goal in mind, like a weight loss partner. There’s a love relationship that will result in a joint celebration and there’s the potential to stretch your network to include partners or friends from other cultures. So you have plenty to look forward to.

This past week I was at the Heaven on Earth center in Massachusetts surrounded by Angel Messengers. So for our coloriscious color tips we’re calling in messages from our angels. Using your intuition select one of the four following colors – Purple, Blue, Green or Pink – each color comes with an Archangel and a Divine message of Guidance and healing.

Purple
This is Archangel Jeremiel, Jeremiel motivates the spiritual side of life; when you’re feeling spiritually stuck or need inspiration then Jeremiel is the angel to call upon. So the message for you is about stuckness. Something in your life isn’t working or going to plan and it’s because there’s an obstacle in your path. The crystal aligned with Jeremiel is amethyst, this crystal and color will help you let go of whatever it is that is holding you back. Wear amethyst or have it close enough to you to infuse your energy field with purple and whatever stands in your way will magically dissolve.

Blue
Archangel Zadkiel is with you, this is the angel of prayer, so your message is that your prayers can be answered, all you have to do is ask.  Blue is the color of communication so this isn’t just about asking your angels for what you want it’s also about communicating your needs and desires with the people around you. The crystal aligned with Zadkiel is Lapis Lazuli - this stone empowers you to speak your truth, so wearing it close to your throat will help you speak up, especially to authority figures.

Green
Archangel Raphael the healing angel is with you; if you’ve been feeling a little out of sorts lately then this angel will bring you back to life. Raphael helps you to discover your own healing abilities. So the message for you is that you are a healer, but focus on yourself first, you can get to everyone else later. Malachite is linked with Rapahel. Malachite has lots of green waves in it; so just place a piece over your heart and it’ll send soothing rhythmic healing waves up and down your body.

Pink
Archangel Ariel is with you. Ariel is the Earth Angel she oversees the elemental and animal kingdoms, so the message for you is about sensitivity to your environment. You may have been feeling more emotional than usual. Part of this is about what’s been happening in your life, but it’s also because you’ve been acting like a human vacuum cleaner – in other words you’re hoovering up everyone else’s stuff.  Rose Quartz is the crystal linked with Ariel, this is a stone of love, so take a piece of rose quartz in your hand, run it up and down your energy field while inviting it to hoover up your energy and fill the empty spaces with love.

I am on the road again for the next two weeks. This past weekend I was teaching at a spa health resort in the Poconos Mountains of Pennsylvania. So for our Coloriscious Color Tip Oracle we’re going to look at health colors - which colors give you a boost and which ones calm you down.  We’re using the 3 primary colors red, yellow and blue, so using your intuition select two of these primary colors - your first favorite and your second favorite. Plus each color comes with a message for your week ahead.

Red
This boosts your energy, speeds up your metabolism and increases your appetite – that’s why so many fast food restaurants have a red theme, they’re trying to get you to eat more and be quick about it. Red stimulates the adrenals which is great if you’re on the treadmill, but if you’re already running on empty then red probably isn’t the best color to get you back on your feet. If you’ve got that “headless chicken” feeling then use your second choice color either yellow or blue, yellow will prompt you to cleanse your body and blue will relax you.
Red’s message is that the next 6 months are very important for you to create solid, stable foundations. A whole new beginning is coming in and you need to be ready for it.

Yellow
This color gives you the confidence to try new fitness routines and experiment with unusual diets. Yellow is a cleansing color so one of the best things for you is to go on a fast or to add lemon to your diet. But, yellow also stimulates your pancreas, that sweet spot in your body, so too much yellow can have you running to the cookie jar for a quick sugar fix. So to stave off those cravings look to your other color choice, red is going to turn your focus toward something else more fulfilling and blue will direct you to eat fruit rather than processed foods.
Yellow’s message is it’s time to make your move, just take a deep breath, feel the fear and do it anyway.

Blue
This color calms, relaxes and slows, so it’s actually a great color for routine and discipline, so if you’re planning to start a fitness regime or go on a diet then use blue. It’ll keep you focused and on track plus blue suppresses your appetite, so a great way to lose weight is to put your food on blue plates it’ll help you eat less. The downside of blue is that it slows things down so if you’re already feeling lackluster then use your other color choice, yellow will stop you making excuses and red will make you passionate about whatever it is you want to achieve.
The blue message is to follow the signs. You’ve been receiving lots of them and they’re coming from your angels in response to your prayers, so your prayers have been answered.

We’ve been celebrating Thanksgiving in the US a time to be grateful for all the abundant blessings in our lives. So for our coloriscious color tips we’re going to look at what kind of abundance is coming into your life. Using your intuition select two out of the four following colors and decide which of your two choices is your favorite. The colors are: Purple, Red, Gold, or Green. Your favorite color reveals how you manifest abundance and your second choice offers you a message.

Favorite Purple
Abundance comes to you in unexpected ways, as winnings, through legal pathways like lawsuits or wills or as gifts.
If you chose purple first and red second then your financial situation is about to balance out.
Purple with gold second - an upset will turn in your favor.
And purple with green keep going, it’s taking longer than you anticipated, but there will be a breakthrough.

You are an abundance magnet. You make your own abundance, but most of the time you don’t even realize that you’re doing it.

Your abundance comes gradually and exactly when you need it most, so you have an-11th hour energy.
If purple was your second choice your financial situation is about to change for the better.
Green and red, the message is ask for what you want it’s the only way to get it.
And green with gold you’re going to get a lucky break linked to something good you did in your past.

This week we’re double dipping with our Color Tips, I’m going to share some wishing color tips with you first and then after that the 1,2,3 what’s it going to be game for some color messages. So first off, last week Sharina mentioned on her radio show about adding a Wish Box to your Christmas tree. I thought this was such a great idea! You can add a little extra magic to your wishes if you write them in the colors that correspond with their gifts.

Relationship Colors
So when you want to wish for a new relationship write your wish in pink, this is great for love partnerships, but if you’re looking for a hot date then write it in red and if you’re only interested in a night of steamy lustful sex then write your wish in flame orange.

Finances
For money wishes if you need cash right this minute then write your wish in red, write it in gold if you’d like to attract lots of opportunities to increase your wealth and in green if you’re interested in making your investments grow or you want more financial security.

Health
For health wishes use green, blue and violet. Green gives you the space to heal, choose blue if you need to heal everything and violet is the perfect color to transport you beyond illness and onto a different path.

Transformation
Also if your wish is to change something in your life then write it in violet. When you write a request in violet you’re making a commitment to accept the change that inevitably comes with your desire, in whatever shape or form that might take.
OK now for your color messages. So, using your intuition, select either number 1, number 2 or number 3 each number comes with a message.

Number One
If you chose Number One your message is to stand up for yourself and take back your power. Wear something red to give you confidence, yellow to let go of your fears and gold to access your inner wisdom.

Number Two
Number two your message is that your finances will improve when you focus on the blessings in your life and not on what might happen in your future. Stay in the present moment, use the colors pink and green, heart colors, they’ll help you feel safe as you open your heart to abundance.

Number Three
And Number 3 your message is that things are going to get easier for you and even though you might not believe it, it’s true. The color for you is white for a fresh start, so write three wishes on a nice crisp piece of white paper and remember to use color to add that extra clout.

So in your SE corner place physical things like money, pictures of what you want to achieve financially, gold nuggets, checks to yourself, be as literal as possible, imagine that whatever you place here will be doubled.

There’s been a lot of talk about the upcoming 11:11:11 shift happening this Friday. So what’s this going to mean for you and how are you going to gracefully move through the changes this event predicts? I’m going to give you three colors and three shapes. I’d like you to intuitively select one color and one shape. The colors are Gold, Silver or Copper and the shapes are Circle, Square or Triangle.

All the colors are precious metals. Gold is linked with the sun, Silver with the Moon and Copper with earth. These energies reflect your path so it’s beneficial to wear the color and shape that you’ve chosen.

GOLD
If you chose Gold, the 11:11 energy will have a catapulting effect creating expansion in every area of your life. Any blocks that have stood in your way are dissolving, there’s growth of your business; relationships are opening up, there’s connections to old and new friends as well as soulmates and this golden energy offers you the golden opportunity to manifest whatever you’ve been longing for with all your heart and soul.

SILVER
Your shift is transformative internally, so whatever has blocked your emotional progress is about to become unplugged despite your resistance to change. A time when we enter the darkness of winter while in Australia you’re going into the lightness of summer and celebrating Beltane a festival of fire. Purple
I have three words for you purple – magic, passion and intuition. The magic part of your week is going to make you feel like you’re floating on air. Purple is a high vibrational color so whatever is coming, you can be sure it will be worthy of celebration. Purple Passion links to messages; love letters, phone calls or a psychic message in your dreams that will set your heart racing. Purple intuition is about accessing your psychic powers and this is a great time to do just that. If you live in the Southern Hemisphere add some amethyst to your home to energize your psychic skills, use your intuition to know where to place it and if you live in the Northern Hemisphere then wrap a piece of purple cloth around photos of yourself with departed loved ones to help you connect.

Orange
Your three words are expansion, art and ecstasy. So the expansion part of your week is linked with networking, making new friends and business connections. This is a really busy time for you so keep a file of new contacts they’re all useful and you’ll be surprised at how many you collect. Orange awakens your artistic flair and you’ll be channeling this into rearranging your home, work and life. Once you shift energy externally it’ll create an exciting transformation internally, so get ready. Southern Hemisphere people you are hot to trot and for those in the Northern Hemisphere orange is all about emotional healing.  Pop an orange lightbulb into your bedside lamp to pump up the action for healing and ecstatic activities, but don’t keep it there for too long or you’ll get worn out.

Green
You have fertility, growth and abundance to look forward to. No matter where you are in the world this is a great time to invest, get projects on the go, and plant seeds for your future. Green makes things grow, so there are an abundance of opportunities coming up for you to do just that. If you live in the southern hemisphere, place green plants inside your home to encourage growth. And for those in the northern hemisphere green signifies an ending before a new beginning, so its important for your progress to complete projects first before moving onto the next. And this includes relationships.

Lilac congratulates you on doing a great job of lightening your load, on the downside you could have been lightening your load of money as well, this’ll come back into balance within the next 6 weeks, so hang on in there. Guardian Angel helps you protect your assets so visualize whatever needs protection surrounded by big blue flames. Pale blue is also about your purpose, so whatever you’re doing needs to be in alignment with your integrity, your ethics and your values, if its not then you’re going to come up against a brick wall.  So if something isn’t working for you, take a look at where you’re not being true to yourself.

Number two

Your card is magenta pink and is called Heart of Renewal. Pink is the color of love but it also represents sound, music and harmony, plus magenta symbolizes Divine Love, nurturing and rebuilding, so lots of good stuff for you, and you need it. You’ve suffered and it’s been a struggle, but that’s all changing. The image on the card is of two wings in the shape of a heart and one of the wings is broken, but its being rebuilt and reformed with love. There’s a lot of forgiveness coming to you, so just take a breath, breathe in the forgiveness for yourself and others and let go. As pink relates to sound and words carry vibration then it’s important to ask for what you want and why not try singing it. With all this pink around you’re voice is sure to bring you success.

Number Three

This card is a special one it’s the Angel Ray of Ruby Purple Gold. This is Archangel Uriel and Aurora and means that you are about to receive the answer to a question or a wish this week. Thursday and flames link with Uriel so Thursday is an important day for you. Light a candle on this day and tell Archangel Uriel what you want over the coming year. As Uriel comes with Aurora his partner then you can expect some action on the soulmate front, and golden opportunities will come in pairs this week so use the color gold to attract blessings to you, wear it over your heart for love, place in your purse for wealth and add some gold ink to important correspondence.

I’ve been on the road again and this weekend I was in New Hampshire at a Yoga Conference. So inspiration for My Psychic Diary comes from yoga related colors. Using your intuition select one of the three following colors –

yellow, pink or black

- then read the message from your color.

Yellow
I see a particular hue of yellow in the auras of yogis. Yellow is the color of the higher mind or the intellect; of cleansing and clarity; and of confidence and personal power - yellow links with the solar plexus chakra. So altogether the message is that in order for you to come into your power, to be the confident person you desire to be and to manifest everything you want, you need to clean out your environment, get rid of the clutter, and think positive thoughts - remember like attracts like so whatever you think you attract. The inspirational message from yellow is that a piece of paper with your name on it will bring a smile to your face - it might even have you jumping for joy.

Pink
Pink is the color of the Lotus Flower. If you’ve ever seen yoga logos they often include the image of a Lotus, that’s because the chakras are represented by lotus flowers with varying numbers of petals. The Goddess Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth stands in a huge pink lotus flower, so the message for you is that prosperity and abundance are on their way to you. The pink lotus is your inner heart. So start affirming that you are worthy of abundance, imagine your heart opening to receive, visualize yourself surrounded by an abundance of whatever you perceive as wealth, it can be a wealth of love and not just a wealth of money, light a pink candle, have pink flowers all around you and wear a pink stone such as rose quartz or tourmaline next to your heart.

Black
Black represents the potential of the cosmos or Shakti energy; this is Yin female and it’s very receptive, just like you. So the message is that you’re waiting for something to complete you so if this is female then male energy would complete you. In other words, you may have lots of ideas on the boil, job applications in the mail, dates lined up in the future, but they’re all in a waiting phase, so to help you get from vision to realization all you need is to balance the black with some white. Probably the easiest way to do this is to wear a yin and yang symbol, this is the black and white Chinese symbol of male and female balance, this will encourage energetic symmetry and get all those projects moving in the right direction.

I’m on the road again! The inspiration for our Coloriscious color tips comes from the Natural Living Conference in Massachussetts where I taught a seminar and had a booth with all my coloriscious wares. So, using your intuition select one of the three following colors –

magenta, indigo, or white

- then listen to the message from your color.

Magenta
I saw a beautiful Magenta colored aura around one lady who was going through a lot of deep change. Magenta comes after violet, so you’ve been through the transformation, you’ve done the dark night of the soul and you got the T-shirt. Now you’re ready to rebuild your life, but first you need time to reflect on your next step. Give yourself this space to reach that place where you’re happy and at peace with your decisions, there is no rush. Wear magenta this week, to help you regroup your thoughts.  Magenta also connects you with mother energy so you might benefit from seeking advice from your mom or a mother figure.

Indigo
There is a lady at the expo giving readings and her guide is Merlin and Merlin energy is Indigo. Of course Merlin was the wizard in the Arthurian legends. So for you this means that a little magic is coming into your life; in fact you may have been getting a feeling that something wonderful is about to happen, you just can’t put your finger on it. Indigo reflects your psychic abilities, so if you use oracles then this is a great time to consult with them. You’ll find your interpretive skills are spot on and you’re your abilities are so hot right now that you could make some extra cash giving readings. Carry an indigo stone with you this week to attract magic into your life.

White
One of the angel readings booths is covered in white feathers, so your message links with the angels.  White contains all colors so it says there’s a lot going on for you at this time. You might be wishing for a simpler life and wondering how you ended up managing your life instead of living it! But life doesn’t happen to you, you create it. So ask your angels to help you let go of anything that is not serving you or is not bringing you joy. Invite Archangel Michael to cut away the dross, Archangel Raphael to heal any grief you might have from letting go, and Archangel Jophiel to create balance and beauty in your life. Watch for white feathers on your path, these are messages that your angels are close; supporting and embracing you.

We’re using three colors this week, but instead of selecting the one you like, I’d like you to choose the color you dislike or is your least favorite. My intention is to reveal an obstacle in your life. We’re also using my Devil and Angel cards to give us additional insight. The Devil card reflects the challenge and the Angel card guides you to deal with the issues of the Devil. You’ll get the idea once we get started. So to begin with, using your intuition select one of the three colors -

Red, Turquoise or Green

Red
What are you feeling guilty about?
Disliking red often comes with a sense of guilt. So, your Devil card is Confrontation - this could be confrontation with a person in your life now or someone from your past and it’s still causing you pain. Plus red can link this issue with family – blood relatives. Your angel card is Communication – how perfect is that, especially for red. With red energy you can say things on the spur of the moment that you don’t mean, its just coming from a place of hurt. So my recommendation is to take a little red and add lots of blue, so maybe wear blue or meditate with a focus on blue, this will help you communicate exactly what you want and bring you some peace.

Turquoise
What or who are you feeling rejected by?
Disliking turquoise often links with feelings of rejection. This might be connected with your parents or with meaningful relationships like a spouse or it could be that you’ve been turned down for a job so you’re feeling abandoned. Your Devil card is Blame and your Angel card is Understanding; so stop blaming yourself, stop blaming others and stand back so you can see the bigger picture, this might help you understand more of what is going on. The opposite color to turquoise is Coral, it’s a much warmer color and it invokes love, so if you can get some Coral colored bath salts then this would be great, you can just soak in the color of love.

Green
What or who are you feeling envious of?
Envy is really disempowering and its often comes up because you think there just isn’t enough for everyone, enough success, enough abundance, enough available relationship material etc. Your Devil card is Defeat and your Angel card is Play. Green is opposite red on the color wheel and red is actually the color of victory so somewhere in your life you’ve taken a back seat, you’ve given up, you’ve let all the reds in this world be the winners, but you’re just a slow starter, you are so capable of success and the key to your success is Play! Don’t take everything so seriously. The color for Play is orange, so paint your toe nails orange, that’ll bring a smile to your face. As you know in the US we have a day of remembrance for 9/11, I’m currently at the Omega Institute, which is about 90 miles north of New York City and we’ve come together in a moment of silence and lit a fire to honor those who lost their lives. So we’re going to look at colors that symbolize remembrance and that heal the wounded heart. If you’d like to receive a colorisciously inspired message then intuitively select one out of the three colors I’m going to give you. The colors are….

Red, Black or Violet

Red
Red poppies are used to remember those who have died during battle. Red represents the painful loss of a physical person, so this doesn’t have to be loss from death, it can be someone you’ve fallen out with or haven’t seen or communicated with in a long time, so its really about that physical disconnect. You can use red to heal the wound by wrapping red ribbon around any physical correspondence you’ve had with lost loved ones, wearing red around the heart can help bring grief to the surface and burning a red candle with the intention of moving on and letting go also helps. If you chose red for a message then you’re going to receive some good news that’ll make you a little nervous to begin with and has something to do with a family member coming back into your life.

Black
In the west we wear black when we’re in mourning; its a protective color, it shields the emotional body, makes you less visible, and it creates the space for a next step even if you don’t know what that next step might be. Here’s a great way to use black to heal emotional wounds, get yourself 21 smooth rocks big enough to fit in your hand, then using a black marker pen write one word on each rock that represents something you want to let go of and then on a piece of paper write the opposite of each of those words, so if you wrote poverty on a letting go rock then you would write abundance on a piece of paper. Then every day for 21 days throw one rock away and place the corresponding paper word in a prominent place in your home. And the coloriscious message for black is that something hidden is going to be revealed to you.

Violet
This is a reverential color, it represents respect, deep change on all levels and it makes you look at your status in the world, where you stand. Violet makes you honor and respect the changes that are happening to you and those changes are profoundly deep. Violet is one of the best colors for healing the wounded soul, it guides you to seek help from a higher source, so any form of contemplation, therapy, meditation, retreat etc are violet ruled healing techniques. So choosing any one of these paths will help you to heal violet wounds.  The coloriscious message from violet is that a piece of glass or crystal will lead you to the truth. 

We had the Seneca Indian Heritage Day here this past Saturday and this coincides with the US’s Labor Day weekend, so I thought we’d look at a few celebration colors and what kind of festivities might be coming up for you. I’m going to give you four colors and I’d like you to intuitively select two colors out of the four. The colors are…

Turquoise, Gold, Silver and Pink.

OK, if you chose turquoise with gold then this exciting combination is about walking through new doors and exploring new prospects. There’s a golden opportunity coming up offering you the chance to meet new people, take a trip and realize something that you’ve dreamt of achieving.

If you chose turquoise and silver then you’ll be reconnecting with someone that’s been on your mind recently. Silver is like a silver cord joining you, so it’s a bit like a psychic telephone line and either you’ll reunite at a party or you’ll be celebrating your reconciliation when you meet.

And if you chose turquoise and pink then you’re in for lots of festivities with various groups of people. Each celebration will appeal to all the different facets of your life. There’ll be family gatherings and friendly get-togethers and at one of these social events there’ll be a chance meeting with someone close to your heart.

If you chose gold and silver then your celebration is about money and wealth, so this is a great time for you to use your intuition with your investments, this color combination is about extra cash coming to you so take a look through your old coat and purse pockets for hidden cash.

If you chose gold and pink then you’ve probably been feeling like something big is about to happen. These are great colors they say that your wishes are about to come true so if you’re longing for love then a soulmate is coming, if you’re heart is set on a new job then the opportunity is about to present itself for you. These colors also say that no matter what is happening in your life you are heading in the right direction, so keep on going.

And finally silver and pink, well if pink is love and silver is like a telephone line then this color combination means that you’ll receive news from a loved one. News comes in the form of communication, so this is about receiving a message that make you really excited, so for some it could be a proposal of marriage and for others the message is that a bundle of love is on the way in whatever shape or form that may take, for your highest good, better that you could ever imagine.

I had a hard time writing this week, I wasn’t very focused and I was completely brainless. It wasn’t because I was short of ideas, ideas were flowing but nothing felt right and it suddenly occurred to me that we’re in a mercury retrograde phase. Mercury retrograde usually affects all modes of communication and as the label infers it promotes delays, it can really mess up your schedule and it can prevent any possibility of clear thinking.  So I’m going to give you three colors that can help you through a mercury retrograde phase, as usual use your intuition to select one of these three colors –

RED, TURQUOISE or WHITE

Red
Is an explosive color so this can really rock your world if anything is stuck, stagnant or delayed. If you’ve chosen red then you want to get things moving quickly. To do this visualize a ball of red exploding and whatever you’ve been waiting for bursting out of the center of the explosion, so if you’ve been waiting for a job acceptance imagine the acceptance letter flying out as the ball of red detonates, and also imagine lots of people clapping and shouting congratulations as this happens. Red is an action color so the more active and actionable your visualization the better.

Turquoise
This is much calmer than red but no less effective. Turquoise is made of yellow and blue, yellow is the intellect and blue the intuition so turquoise unlocks your inspiration, communication and decision making skills. So if you’ve had a hard time making decisions, or speaking with clarity or if your intuition has been out of alignment then turquoise is the color to change all that. This is a good color to meditate with to access inspirational ideas; wrap turquoise around your throat to help you speak and for decision making get a turquoise colored glass, fill it with water, place on a windowsill in direct sunlight for 24 hours then drink the water, this is called solarized water.

White
Mercury retrograde can really upset your spiritual life, it can make you feel ungrounded and directionless; and you can tend to suffer pangs of Divine homesickness for the duration of this aspect. So white is good for any kind of mercury retrograde related issues associated with everything spiritual. Spiritual doesn’t mean religious, spiritual is your life purpose, your karma, and you as a spiritual being. White is like bleach it completely wipes out blockages.  So if you’ve been feeling down or spiritually blocked then white can help you. The best way to utilize white energy is to take a shower, water is essentially white energy so when you shower make the intention that you’re washing away all blocks to your spiritual life and that you are open to receive Divine guidance.
