Health Color Tips Oracle
I am on the road again for the next two weeks. This past weekend I was teaching at a spa health resort in the Poconos Mountains of Pennsylvania. So for our Coloriscious Color Tip Oracle we’re going to look at health colors - which colors give you a boost and which ones calm you down. We’re using the 3 primary colors red, yellow and blue, so using your intuition select two of these primary colors - your first favorite and your second favorite. Plus each color comes with a message for your week ahead.
Red
This boosts your energy, speeds up your metabolism and increases your appetite – that’s why so many fast food restaurants have a red theme, they’re trying to get you to eat more and be quick about it. Red stimulates the adrenals which is great if you’re on the treadmill, but if you’re already running on empty then red probably isn’t the best color to get you back on your feet. If you’ve got that “headless chicken” feeling then use your second choice color either yellow or blue, yellow will prompt you to cleanse your body and blue will relax you.
Red’s message is that the next 6 months are very important for you to create solid, stable foundations. A whole new beginning is coming in and you need to be ready for it.
Yellow
This color gives you the confidence to try new fitness routines and experiment with unusual diets. Yellow is a cleansing color so one of the best things for you is to go on a fast or to add lemon to your diet. But, yellow also stimulates your pancreas, that sweet spot in your body, so too much yellow can have you running to the cookie jar for a quick sugar fix. So to stave off those cravings look to your other color choice, red is going to turn your focus toward something else more fulfilling and blue will direct you to eat fruit rather than processed foods.
Yellow’s message is it’s time to make your move, just take a deep breath, feel the fear and do it anyway.
Blue
This color calms, relaxes and slows, so it’s actually a great color for routine and discipline, so if you’re planning to start a fitness regime or go on a diet then use blue. It’ll keep you focused and on track plus blue suppresses your appetite, so a great way to lose weight is to put your food on blue plates it’ll help you eat less. The downside of blue is that it slows things down so if you’re already feeling lackluster then use your other color choice, yellow will stop you making excuses and red will make you passionate about whatever it is you want to achieve.
The blue message is to follow the signs. You’ve been receiving lots of them and they’re coming from your angels in response to your prayers, so your prayers have been answered.
