Do whatever works best for you, but give this a try to see if it helps in your development. Your guides and angels are your friends so if you can’t hear your friends what do you do? You ask them to speak up, speak clearer, speak in a way you can understand, etc. They work with you, you are a team. This is a two-part mini instructional video.
