I have had a couple of emails this month about charging money for what people think is a God given gift. I think many of us would love to be able to give any of our gifts freely, and many of us do. Unfortunately, bartering does not always get the car fixed, or the mortgage paid, or put your child through school.

I work with my psychic gifts, something that to one degree or another we all have within us, and some of us choose to work with this particular gift. Everyone has a gift. It might be the gift of music, or the gift of art, or communication, or languages, or healing, or the ability to coach the football team, or create a new building, or guide you in a lawsuit. Whatever that gift, it is God given. I prefer to think of it as a gift from the Divine and my gift to the Divine. My gifts are no better than anyone elses, and are no less worthy of abundance.

As healers we can often feel obliged to freely give what we think of as our gift. But this like other gifts takes your time, maybe requires payment of a space to work in, paperwork to keep, a computer, a website, a newsletter, a car to get to see people, etc. The payment you receive may be for your gift, but it is also payment for your time, and an exchange of energy. Maybe without those payments you would not be able to devote so much time to giving to those in need of your unique gift.

Money is a wonderful thing. It is green energy, it does grow on trees, and it is every beings right to be rich and abundant. Money is not bad, it is not evil, it just a physical form of energy exchange. It is a fair exchange for your gifts and for your worth.

Making a wish is all about intention. Where attention goes energy flows. So when you make an intention, energy moves toward it. If your intention is not clear then energy will disperse. It is similar to giving directions to someone to get from A to B. If you are giving directions that are not clear, then that person may end up somewhere else. The same goes for your wishes and intentions. Being clear about what you want will allow it to manifest in the most suitable way and for your highest good.
