Intentions Time for 2009! What’s on Your Wish List?

It’s a new year and a new start and time to make our intentions for the coming twelve months. My husband Win has offered a unique way to create your intentions using a great exercise he shared on his blog called Give Yourself an A. In it he asks you to imagine you are looking back over 2009 and what you have achieved that you are proud of. He has written about why he deserves an A for his achievements over 2009 and invites you to write a letter to him based upon the exercise.
For myself I am using a Wish List first for 2009. I will follow up later with the Give Yourself an A exercise – just to cover all my bases! I will send my exercise to Win - he has asked people to do this on his blog. That way he will hold me accountable for my vision. Here is my top ten wish-list split into five elements:
Earth – Body
1. My wish is to be kinder to my body, give it plenty of yoga exercises to do, feed it good nutritious food, and tell it I love it everyday.
2. My wish is to connect with the intelligence of my body by asking different parts questions allowing its energy to communicate with me and be a part of my life rather than just a vehicle of expression.
1. My wish is to give myself permission to let my emotions come up to the surface rather than pushing them down.
2. My wish is to seek to understand and welcome my feelings as a part of my true self.
1. My wish is to focus my creativity on projects that are expansive and continue to bring me joy and abundance.
2. My wish is to write a book by the end of the year.
1. My wish is to let go of all fears and worries that do not serve me.
2. My wish is to read more of my peer’s works.
1. My wish is to commit to a twice-daily meditation program to nurture my spirit and strengthen my connection with my guides.
2. My wish is to develop my mediumistic skills so that I can better serve those who need my help.
To manifest your best year ever create a three part affirmation and repeat it three times, three times a day.
I am abundant, I am blessed, I am loved.
Elizabeth’s News
Radio Show & Blog

Every Monday I upload a new section on my blog called Your Week in Color or Your WinC Spot. I was inspired to create this color forecast by a friend - author and radio show host Steve Cleaver. He invited me to share color predictions on his show every Monday. So, at 9.30am each week I call into the Leave it to Cleaver radio-show, and share three color interpretations for the upcoming week. The colors are randomly chosen from ideas sent in by listeners. This week’s colors are Imperial Purple, Sovereign Gold, and Royal White (Steve’s idea of a right royal week!)
Each Saturday we announce the colors that will be in the following week’s WinC Spot on my blog and in Steve’s newsletter. Then after the Monday morning show I present a summary of Your WinC Spot on my blog. Do take a look and share your comments with me. I invite you to send me your color suggestions. If your color is chosen then I will credit you on the show and in my blog. Currently the show is only available by podcast, downloadable from Steve’s website or from the itunes podcast directory. Eventually it will go back to live streaming on the worldwide web.
Healing Carnival Blog
On 24th January I will be hosting the about.com Healing Carnival. About.com is owned by the New York Times and is one of the top 15 content websites. The Healing Carnival is a summary of the previous week’s healing and health related blog posts and is hosted each week by different websites that share this common bond.
If you have a blog and have recently posted articles on topics related to holistic health, personal development, healthy living, spirituality, healing, life coaching, intuition, etc then from the 17th January until the 23rd I invite you to submit your blog for inclusion in the Sealed With Love blog edition of the healing Carnival. I will summarize your blog post and add in a link to your site.
Check my blog on the 17th for the “Submit an Article” link or you can email me with “Healing Carnival Article Submission” in the subject line. Your articles are not published on my website blog, they need to be published on your own blog and a link submitted to me for inclusion in the carnival.
Check back to my blog on the 24th January to read my week’s edition of the Healing Carnival.

Healing Circle

It is always a good time to let bygones be bygones, but maybe never a better moment than when you are making (and keeping) your resolutions. Even if you can’t speak to someone you have had challenges with, maybe you have lost touch, or the other person is stuck in un-forgiveness, make an intention now to heal the rift. Imagine this person or persons standing in the light. Imagine him or her as an innocent child who is doing the best to play the role of being human. We are all one, we are reflections of each other, we are in this together, let’s support each other on this journey, let go and let the Divine light in.
If you are in need of healing and would like to be included in this Healing Circle Book then drop me an email. If you know of an individual who is in need of healing and would like to add their name to this list, then you might like to ask their permission first. The names on the Healing Circle list will be added to my Healing Hearts Book. I focus on the names in the book during my meditations, this is called absent healing.
