Soul Mates – A Different View

This morning I read an article about the soul and how at this time, especially in 2009, we are experiencing a shift in consciousness, a soul energy change. The author of the article took it a step further though and said that some souls have finished with their incarnation for one reason or another and so another soul has the opportunity to step in and take over. Ruth Montgomery spoke of walk-ins, a relatively new concept thirty years ago and something that this article brought to mind again.
When I was younger I was particularly intrigued by this concept. As an intensive care nurse, at one point I worked primarily with heart transplant and heart bypass patients. Interestingly the relatives of those undergoing this treatment would comment on how the person going for the operation changed after surgery. The change they said was in personality and character. Some heart transplant patients would actually have bizarre memories unrelated to them and later discover that this memory belonged to the heart donor. This I could logically understand as we hold memories in all of our cells. But it did not explain the change in patients who underwent bypass surgery. They were not receiving donated organs, but they did receive blood.
Ruth Montgomery wrote about this experience in her book, “Strangers Among Us.” She even went so far as to suggest that there would be a walk-in President of the United States, one who will help guide the world back from the brink of disaster. I am not about to express a complete understanding of the walk-in process, but I have remained open to the possibility. She explained a walk-in as someone who did not need to go through childhood, but had evolved enough to return as an adult, and that the whole purpose of this ability was for a more advanced soul to come in to help others.
I am aware that many people are going through a shift in consciousness and that part of this involves changes in identity sometimes an identity crisis. In addition there may be trauma, pain, and a desire to leave the planet. Win told me that a book he read around 20 years ago mentioned that a walk-in does not know that he or she is a walk-in. One of the “symptoms” of this walk-in phenomenon is difficulty identifying with friends and family members they become unrecognizable, as if they are strangers. This is apparently due to the next soul moving in and adjusting to the new set of memories. But I wonder if part of this is a readjustment of the soul and not another soul moving in. I have had these experiences albeit brief, but my personal sense is that I lapse out of this so called reality and into another reality and then return. Maybe this has happened to you. I feel this is a symptom more of the changing consciousness we are experiencing, maybe a dimensional shift.
As often happens with my writings this information needed to come through in this newsletter, even though I had other ideas. I was going to write about Soul Mates for Valentines Day, but my guides obviously wanted to plant a different seed. Let’s see what germinates!
ColorScope Survey

I am writing a ColorScope book and would appreciate your feedback. Whether you use the ColorScope regularly or just now and again, I would really like to hear about your experiences, which colors you choose most often, and how the interpretations work for you. Here is the ColorScope Survey link. The survey is open until February 17th.
Elizabeth’s News
Blog and Vlog

If you have been following my newsletter and blog you will know that every Monday I upload a new section on my blog called Your Week in Color or Your WinC Spot. This is a weekly color forecast where I share 3 color interpretations for the upcoming week. This has been developing over the last month or so and in two weeks will include (fingers crossed) a weekly video edition.
This week’s colors are Blue, Charcoal, and Orange. Each color has an image reflecting its meaning, an intuitive color forecast, and advice on how best to utilize the information you receive.
Links
I am often asked to do link exchanges with others. The links on my website belong to people I have personally worked with and whose products and services I highly recommend. So while you may ask for an exchange if I have not used your service it is unlikely I will trade links. But, you could send me a color suggestion and image for the weekly color forecast on my blog. If I include your color I will mention your name and if you have a website that is in alignment with my work then I will mention it too.
Healing Carnival Blog
I was really pleased with the outcome of my Carnival of Healing blog. I organized the articles by chakra colors and placed each one under color-coded subheadings. I had some great submissions including a short article from one of my newsletter readers Grace Gravelle called Inhale Exhale.
Calendar & Services
I am constantly updating my calendar of events for the coming year. Win and I are adding each other’s events and services on our respective website calendars, so hopefully it won’t get too confusing. The first event of the year will be in Warwick, Rhode Island. I will be the Keynote speaker at the Love Light & Laughter women’s event in Quincy, MA the following weekend, on the evening of 25th April and plan to hold a workshop at Heaven on Earth in Abington, MA the evening of 24th April. These events and more are all in the works, so do check back regularly for updates.
Karen Newell = Web Goddess

As some of you may know, Karen Newell is my web Goddess. Originally I managed and maintained my site. It was fuchsia and pink and slightly discombobulated, but as we change so the reflections in our lives change too including a website. Well, I felt it was time for an overhaul and Karen certainly went to town, creating a beautiful website that gained recognition from the USA Book News awards last year.
Karen lovingly maintains my site, adds new features as I think of them, sends out this newsletter, and thoroughly researches new additions. What you may not know is that Karen is also a healer and animal communicator, so she is perfect in every way because her wonderful energy goes into my site. In addition, she pursues a hobby as a book reviewer. I wanted to honor her work by mentioning two of her websites that embrace a couple of her interests and I am sure there is more to come.
Rainbow Spirit

This morning I went to my Ask Rainbow Spirit Oracle, and using the one card option focused on what I needed to focus on during my meditation. The card that came up is Love. How appropriate!
Pink is the color of unconditional love: it is a combination of red, a color of passion and action, and white representing purity and wholeness. Pink softens. Research shows that pink calms aggressive tendencies. If you put a photograph of yourself with a loved one under a pink light it manifests the energy of love between you – what you do with that energy is up to you.
Wear pink to open your heart to love, surround yourself with pink accents to encourage loving thoughts, and imagine yourself surrounded by a pink bubble when you meditate to invite loved ones in spirit to connect with you.
Healing Circle

Let’s send love to our nearest and dearest. They are the ones who have agreed to take this journey with us. They share our ups and downs and love us even when we might say bad things. Let go of the concept that loved ones are not helping you. By being grateful you change this dynamics on an energy level. So, bless them for being in your life and thank them for supporting you on this path.
If you are in need of healing and would like to be included in this Healing Circle Book then drop me an email. If you know of an individual who is in need of healing and would like to add their name to this list, then you might like to ask their permission first. The names on the Healing Circle list will be added to my Healing Hearts Book. I focus on the names in the book during my meditations, this is called absent healing.
Namaste
Love and blessings,
Elizabeth
