Angels

I love traveling through the United States. It is so big and variable. Being a Brit our country is small, everything is much smaller, so the United States not only offers freedom for many but the land itself exudes freedom by its sheer size. My newsletter this month is on sensing energy from everything around you. When I first arrived in the US I visited Manhattan and felt the energy was that of a Native American burial ground, it felt sacred to me more than those who lived there realized. But it is only recently that I have discovered my feelings about Manhattan’s history to be correct. It’s always nice to have information verified. I have to take care not to pick up energy of people around me, especially when we are on the road. We visit so many hotels and of course sleep in beds that others have slept in previously. So I make an intention to protect and cleanse energy wherever I am. If a town or city feels uncomfortable then I connect with the angel and the energy of that city. Yes each city has an angel watching over it. The angel can help me attune to the energy and cares for my energy while I am there. Try this, connect with the angel watching over the place you live. They like to be acknowledged.

I often see sparks of light around people when they say something that is the truth. I have been told that Doreen Virtue calls these fairy lights or angel lights, but having seen these as well and more often than not in nature I would say that they have a more lasting effect than the truth lights I see around people. We all see things in a different way. I believe we can create and mold the energy we see into something that is acceptable to us. I have always seen energy, only now do some of these energies make sense. I now know to ask what something means and te answer always comes. 

I saw a man on the side of the road today walking along and it may be think about the show “Joan of Arcadia.” She would meet different people who would be God or angels in disguise. There are so many angels on earth who look like people, we just have to remember that they love us dearly and are helping us to find our way home.

I was just writing to a lady I met yesterday at the Love, Light, & Laughter event sponsored by Aspire magazine and I thought I would mention my Angel Wisdom oracle to her as she works with angels. Well, I have these wonderful oracles and don’t always get the time to play with them. So this moment is the perfect opportunity to play. I asked “What do you think angels about me writing an Intuition book.” The answer I received was Leadership. And this is what it says: Leadership is the ability to lead and guide others successfully, with grace and with wisdom.Your angels are asking you to find the inner leader. They are calling on you to lead others. This does not have to mean leading the masses. It can mean one person at a time. A true leader inspires others to be the best they can be. If you chose Leadership as the answer to a question, then the message from your angels is to take the reins. As a leader your actions can inspire others, and your vision can enthuse them. Embrace the leader within you, it may just be a part of your purpose.

So there you have it. Looks like I’ll be writing an Intuition book next.

On the side of my car - I named her Angel - I have two magnetic strips promoting my Wishing book. The car is a white highlander and the magnets are blue just like my book. We have named her in addition to Angel, The Wish Mobile. Recently quite a few people have stopped to read what the magnets say. It seems they are magnetizing people:) Tomorrow we start our travels again. First to Washington DC area, then Richmond to the Alchemists store - I’ll be there twice - Atlanta, Charlotte to visit family, and Philadelphia. I have been working and traveling and find that I am ungrounded. To ground I often eat - then put weight on of course. The best way to ground though for me is to relax in a bath, and then meditate. I imagine tree roots going into the ground from my legs, and lower torso. Alim my guide usually comes in to surround me with light and angelic energy is often around just to work with and through me as I do this. I know when I am ungrounded mostly because I make mistakes or I am running around looking for something that is lost. How do you know when you are ungrounded? I have noticed more Angelic energy coming around lately. It may be because so many people are thinking about the economy and the change in government. They are loving and protective when they are here. I wonder if anyone else has noticed their presence. Angels are always working to balance energy, especially in cities where so many souls reside. You can help them by making an intention to be of service. Ask to work in your sleep but make sure you ask them to re-energize you before you wake up, otherwise you may be drained from all the work. Also ask the angels to help you remember your dreams.

Well, its a new day for everyone on some level. I visited friends recently and on the day we arrived I had a mass of spirit energy come around my head. Whenever this happens it usually augers some kind of shift or change or something a little ominous to be aware of. I feel spirit do this to let me know they are sending me an extra hug and lots of love. Then they stand back and observe knowing that I know they are there no matter what. So, the day after all the spirit energy my friend backed into my car, Angel. No one was hurt, but Angel’s bumper was a bit crushed. Even though this event is relatively small I feel my spirit family just wanted me to know they were there. It reminds me of the Footsteps story when a man walks side by side with the Divine and two pairs of footsteps appear in the sand. Then one day only one set of footprints appear, his own. He asked why the Divine had abandoned him. The reply came, the one set of footprints belonged to the Divine because it was then that the Divine carried him!

I was asked recently on a radio show how to discern true messages from guides. My answer was to train the intuition to discover how this information is received by the individual. For instance, I tend to go with feelings, a heavy feeling is a no, a light feeling a yes. I am kinesthetic so my guides and those in spirit have the habit of tickling my head when they have a message for me. Angels reveal their presence in threes to let me know they have something to say. Just yesterday I had my three messages from the angels, today my father who is in spirit was around and tickled my head plus he always changes my Outlook to arrive at the one email message I have from him just to let me know it is him - in case I missed it! And just now I opened my website at the home page and there the small ever changing message on the “From the Heart” section at the bottom read, “Change is inevitable, pain comes when you resist the change.” Why is this significant? Because much of my life is about change and while some messages breeze by me this one stuck. Intuitively I know that this message is for me, I mean it’s really for me. We are constantly changing, that is the beauty of earth. Even her seasons and colors reflect our own transformation. Its good to be alive! 

I was reminded yesterday of my association with Archangel Michael. There have been a few burglaries in the area we are currently staying in, one had occurred in a home next to ours just before our arrival. Sometimes I see energy even when I don’t try to. Usually I shut down my psychic skills otherwise the input can be draining if it is 24/7. Well, when I spoke with the lady who had been burgled I noticed a lot of cloudy energy, like thick smog around the doorway and entrance to her home. In that moment I realized that I had to cleanse the area and ask for protection otherwise this smog would attract other like-minded souls - remember that like attracts like. I asked for light to embrace our homes, cleanse the surrounding areas, and for it to illuminate everything around it so protecting us in its radiance. As a final seal on the deal I asked Archangel Michael to protect the four corners of our property. Last night I met a lady who had also been burgled. She too, after the event, asked Michael to protect herself and her family. Michael is certainly busy here. 

Although we think there are coincidences really the fabric of time is multi-layered and coincidences are just signposts on the road we are traveling so we know we are going in the right direction. Today I spent most of my time surfing the web. I will be the host of About.com’s Carnival of Healing in January, so thought I’d get a head start by checking out some blogs. The Carnival is all about blogs focused on healing. As you probably know healing comes from an old word haelen meaning to make whole again. So when we talk about being healed we are saying that we are going back to being one - and we are all one aren’t we!

Well, I came across a site called Twitter and joined that, then found a couple of blogs on color, then Lisa my publicist sent me an article on color that was really about how our perspectives move from the right to the left brain once something is named, then more blogs, and finally when looking at my own blog I mentioned a couple of entries ago that I was experiencing more of an angelic presence in my life. Angels seem to be cropping up right, left and center. Doreen Virtue the angel guru used to specialize in weight loss, that was before she owned up to being psychic. It seems that my guides are leading me on the stairway to heaven via the angelic realm. Blogging is more useful than anticipated, especially since I see the angel trail throughout my blog. I had asked Karen my website designer to make this site lilac, blue, and white - the Guardian Angel colors of my Rainbow Spirit jewelry. These colors protect. I’d also wanted the angels to be present on my site. Those who read my newsletter will know this, but on the day my new site went live I opened my home page, looked at the ever changing From the Heart card and noticed the quote was one of three angelic messages. Later the same day I opened the home page again to find the second angel message parked on the From the Heart card. The third message came up on cue when I refreshed the page. Then an odd thing happened. Each time I refreshed the page one of those three angel messages would come up.

I contacted Karen to ask if she had placed the other messages or just the angelic ones. She had placed them all, the angels were talking. I mentioned earlier on this blog that when angels send messages to me they come in threes. The angels continued to bring up their messages care of my From the Heart card until finally I got the message - my site is hosted by angels!

OK, I know, its more angel information, but after writing my blog last night I had a visit from a presence that told me she (yes she) was Angel Ariel. I was a little confused as I thought Ariel was a fairy, but Angel Ariel put me straight and said she was a nymph angel - she watches over the nymphs. She also told me she was the angel of wishing. Some research revealed that she is indeed the angel of nature spirits and of manifestation. Always good to have some verification.

This morning the angels were back, but this time with a message from a young man named Daniel. So if someone is reading this who knows of a Daniel who would have passed into spirit in the past few years then this may be him. He died with a cloud of darkness around him which would have either been an illness or depression or maybe something that would have clouded his vision and senses. He comes with sadness and tells me that he wants to pass a message on to his mother, she is the one who is sad. The message relates to an animal that he says is like her child. He just wanted her to know he is around and supporting her during this time of sadness and that she is going to be OK. He shows me an image of his mother smiling in a few months, particularly February, and there are good memories around this time. I send this message with love from the angels who are currently working with me.

Choose Sugar Plum and you are saying that your week ahead is full of change. But, the point of the Sugar Plum is that despite its skins slightly tart edge, when ripe it is sweet like honey. The message then is that while your week might appear to be wrought with instability full of ups and downs, it is in fact very fruitful. Inside the plum is a seed, so within each experience is an opportunity not just for growth, but for inviting sugar coated sweetness and maybe a little spice into your life.

It is time for you to be heard. Start out by sharing your voice with friends. In no time at all you will have a large audience more than willing to listen. Silver is a precious metal and reflects your knowledge and wisdom. Some part of this information will be expressed in a unique and creative way. This will be so inspiring that it will encourage you to dig deeper into the depths of your creativity to see what treasures lie beneath your everyday consciousness. The keyword is teaching, but remember that when a bell rings an angel gets its wings. Angels are messengers. So, unbeknownst to you the message you bring comes from a higher source and a part of that inspirational journey you are about to embark on.

Life is certainly bubbling for you this week as someone or something is literally going to pop your cork! You have a lot to look forward to and not just this week. Plenty of new and exciting adventures will continue into 2009. Champagne signifies a celebration and the grapes can only be grown in one region of the world, so choosing this color says that a trip to a particular place will be significant. You may not understand this until you arrive. Some time around June you will be celebrating and looking back over your whirlwind of a year, but the second half of the year may not move quite as quickly. Stick with it though as projects started mid-year will gain momentum in 2010.
