Color

Divine Inspiration

I will be in Nutley, NJ today offering consultations and healing sessions. I work with color so it is always interesting to see the energy of people during sessions. I am constantly learning what different energies mean and of course growing with my abilities. But, my gift of auric sight comes from my strong feeling sense and not from my capacity to see. It goes through my feelings and then into my clairvoyant vision, this is how auric sight works, so I use my feelings to interpret the colors and combinations of color. We all have this ability, we just don’t all see colors when we interpret energy.

Ananda Khanda

I find that when I give consultations I gain wisdom that I hadn’t thought about or wasn’t aware of. This happened at the weekend during a session at Divine Inspirations in Nutley, NJ. I was talking about the new heart energy between the heart and throat chakra, a little to the right of the heart. This is a turquoise color, the vibration of the new age. I spoke of this new energy opening up and then began talking about the resonance that would connect everyone as it awakened within each person. I learned that once opened this chakra would link each of us as one like a network, a reflection of the new age of Aquarius, the age of the community. Any blue color relates to communication so this chakra guides us to communicate with each other and eventually to communicate on a higher vibrational frequency. This is why so many of us are training as psychics or are interested in sensory living. Part of this is being stimulated by this chakra opening up.

Creating Rainbow Spirits

I have a service called Personal Design to create individually designed jewelry for people. It is a process of tuning in to the person making the request and feeling the colors. Then I make the jewelry - currently a bracelet - and sit with it until it tells me its name. This often comes in pieces. I think it does this because it stimulates my thoughts so I have to let the energy grow until it is totally centered in my consciousness and I am not letting my ideas get in the way. Once the name comes the energy of each bead and their combined energy gives me the message of what it’s purpose might be. Just yesterday as I was writing about a bracelet for a lady I realized that the energy does not completely come into form until it has given me the message of it’s purpose. Once it shares this with me then and only then does it transform into the reflection in physical form of the energy, as if it has given me its calling card and once introduced is ready to be born. I love the continual learning path I am on and thank everyone for being a part of that journey.

Coloring Teeth

I have just returned from the dentist and have discovered something new. I was having a crown fitted and the colors wasn’t right. Because of my travel schedule I needed to have the tooth fitted and ready to roll with me today. So a technician came into the dental clinic and proceeded to paint my teeth. It was enlightening! She painted lilacs and blues and pinks and yellows. It put a new slant on the crowns I already have. I now realize that my mouth has many colors in it. This thought alone makes me smile. Tomorrow I leave for Sarasota for a Wishing Circle. Wish you were here:)

Color Signs

On Saturday my computer was on my booth table at the MBS with my Chakra Workout Meditations CD . On Sunday it would not play no matter what I did. Then I noticed that the computer had somehow changed the name of the artist on my CD to “Elizabeth Harper and The Technicolor Dreamcoat!” My guides tend to have fun, maybe I need to buy a new coat grin

Angel of Change

I was asked recently on a radio show how to discern true messages from guides. My answer was to train the intuition to discover how this information is received by the individual. For instance, I tend to go with feelings, a heavy feeling is a no, a light feeling a yes. I am kinesthetic so my guides and those in spirit have the habit of tickling my head when they have a message for me. Angels reveal their presence in threes to let me know they have something to say. Just yesterday I had my three messages from the angels, today my father who is in spirit was around and tickled my head plus he always changes my Outlook to arrive at the one email message I have from him just to let me know it is him - in case I missed it! And just now I opened my website at the home page and there the small ever changing message on the “From the Heart” section at the bottom read, “Change is inevitable, pain comes when you resist the change.” Why is this significant? Because much of my life is about change and while some messages breeze by me this one stuck. Intuitively I know that this message is for me, I mean it’s really for me. We are constantly changing, that is the beauty of earth. Even her seasons and colors reflect our own transformation. Its good to be alive!

Out of the Blue

I have started to create my own line of a color coded intuitive system. This is the first one, Out of the Blue. I feel it is the birth energy, the clear part of the rainbow energy, plenty of choices within the subconscious. The indigo above is like the night sky, but it is also connected with the root and third eye, the vision of life. Maybe our lives are dreams within this energy and can be whatever we dream them to be. I like this way of creating, on the computer first and eventually in physical form, kind of like spirit would create. This looks like I am re-creating other systems, but this is totally different for many reasons that will of course become clear once the system is complete.

Stairway to Heaven

Although we think there are coincidences really the fabric of time is multi-layered and coincidences are just signposts on the road we are traveling so we know we are going in the right direction. Today I spent most of my time surfing the web. I will be the host of About.com’s Carnival of Healing in January, so thought I’d get a head start by checking out some blogs. The Carnival is all about blogs focused on healing. As you probably know healing comes from an old word haelen meaning to make whole again. So when we talk about being healed we are saying that we are going back to being one - and we are all one aren’t we!

Well, I came across a site called Twitter and joined that, then found a couple of blogs on color, then Lisa my publicist sent me an article on color that was really about how our perspectives move from the right to the left brain once something is named, then more blogs, and finally when looking at my own blog I mentioned a couple of entries ago that I was experiencing more of an angelic presence in my life. Angels seem to be cropping up right, left and center. Doreen Virtue the angel guru used to specialize in weight loss, that was before she owned up to being psychic. It seems that my guides are leading me on the stairway to heaven via the angelic realm. Blogging is more useful than anticipated, especially since I see the angel trail throughout my blog. I had asked Karen my website designer to make this site lilac, blue, and white - the Guardian Angel colors of my Rainbow Spirit jewelry. These colors protect. I’d also wanted the angels to be present on my site. Those who read my newsletter will know this, but on the day my new site went live I opened my home page, looked at the ever changing From the Heart card and noticed the quote was one of three angelic messages. Later the same day I opened the home page again to find the second angel message parked on the From the Heart card. The third message came up on cue when I refreshed the page. Then an odd thing happened. Each time I refreshed the page one of those three angel messages would come up.

I contacted Karen to ask if she had placed the other messages or just the angelic ones. She had placed them all, the angels were talking. I mentioned earlier on this blog that when angels send messages to me they come in threes. The angels continued to bring up their messages care of my From the Heart card until finally I got the message - my site is hosted by angels!

Your Week in Color (Your WinC Spot) Monday 8th December

This is a new weekly post specially created for the “Leave it to Cleaver” radio show. Three random colors will be selected each week. Make an intention to intuitively choose a color that will reflect your week ahead and then listen to the show on Mondays for a live interpretation of Your Week in Color or your WinC for short. A summary of Your Week in Color interpretations will be added to my blog following the show.

This week’s colors are Red, Blue, & Yellow.

Red

This is a week of surprises. The image coming with this color is of a matt red Christmas ball hanging by a thread. It is bringing you a new adventure, an opportunity that is up in the air, not yet attainable, but visible enough for you to be aware of its presence. The cloudiness of the red says it is not a clear vision yet, but the idea is there, the energy is moving, and something exciting is beginning to take shape. The key for you this week is to let go of control let go of your need to have everything in its place right now! Once you let go you open the door to wonderment and invite surprises into your life.

Blue

An explosion of blue like a firework is going off exposing you to a wealth of information and making you wonder which direction to take or what to focus on. Each strand of blue brings to light another point of interest. It doesn’t matter where your attention goes because every one of these paths looks promising. The key for you this week is to keep the creative channels flowing and just allow yourself this moment of expansion. Make sure you keep a note of your inspirations. You might not be able to use them all now, but when the mood changes you will have a vision board of bright ideas to work from.

Yellow

The image that came with yellow was of a plastic toy duck sitting in water. The previous two images for blue and red both involved air, symbolizing ideas. Water is the element of the emotions. So, yellows you have a choice. These choices are centered on your feelings and how you feel about yourself and your life at this time. You can choose to feel constricted by your size, limited by the pond you swim in, and annoyed at your failure to be like everyone else. Or, you can take a different perspective and choose to have fun, realize how much freedom you have, and wholeheartedly embrace your uniqueness. The key for you this week is to make those lemons into lemonade.

Your WinC Spot for Monday 15th December 2008

Before you read this week’s WinC Spot and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Gold, Chocolate, or Purple. Now read away!

Gold

(Chosen by Cathleen O’Connor)

Think of gold and you probably picture money. My image is of a fusion of glittering golden
shapes coming together to form a snowflake. While you may appear to be going in circles this week if you were to stand back and view the whole picture of your life then you would see that everyone and everything in it is connected. Very soon, probably within the next six weeks, all the links you have diligently created will come together. The key for you this week is to realize that you are part of the whole and you make a difference. Without your input there would be a missing link.

Chocolate

(Chosen by Andy Milford)

My mind tumbles through visions of chocolate squares, melted chocolate, hot chocolate drinks, and candies of all shapes. If you chose chocolate this is the message - you are in for a stimulating time. This might lead you to get a little carried away so watch out for those addictive habits. Some planned events will change shape, but this is not such a bad thing. There will be some money changing hands and surprisingly by the weekend you will have more than you started with. The 16th of December is National Chocolate Covered Anything day, so this could be a good day to get a chocolate wrap, and if not then it might be a noteworthy date on your calendar. The key this week is to have fun. If something appears blocked or stuck, then just add a little creative fire and melt it down.>

Purple

Purple implies mystery, transformation, and trust, choosing it means that your routine is about to change - and not before time. Any kind of change can set you off balance, but it opens up an opportunity to reconnect with that part of you that has been lost in your schedule. I see a beautiful purple silk cloth with folds that cast shadows, indicating that this event will create a few dark moments as you seek the truth within. In about two weeks you will be faced with some decisions that will have bearing on your life in the coming year. It is important to use what you have learned during this time of change to guide you as you make those decisions. The key is to go with your feelings, listen to your heart, and trust that whatever you decide is the right thing to do given the information you have in that moment.

The Leave it to Cleaver Radio Show is currently going through some changes. It may be off air for a while, but Your WinC Spot will still be available every Monday. We may experiment next week with a video WinC Spot, so check back to find out what your colors are and how your choice reflects your week ahead.

Wishing…You Are Here Part III

This week’s Wishing You Are Here comes from under the sea. I love all the beautiful colors behind Wishing - fish wanting to get in on the photo:) Water symbolizes emotions and we could image that all the fish symbolize different kinds of emotions maybe originating from the chakras. If you don’t already know the chakras are energy vortexes, a part of the energy system of all life. They feed the body, mind, emotional being, and spirit, absorbing energy then metabolizing and dispelling anything that is unwanted. If a chakra is blocked then is can’t do its job of moving energy around and keeping life in balance.

Thought is energy, so If there is a thought that is negative then this pervades the chakra it relates to and can create disharmony. I mention this because when wishes do not manifest it can sometimes relate to a chakra’s dis-function. If you wish for love and it doesn’t manifest then maybe a thought is stuck in your heart. If you wish for money and you don’t receive abundance then it might be due to your root chakra being blocked.

My Chakra Workout Meditations CD can help unblock and cleanse energy in the chakras. You can also connect with each of your chakras and ask each one what it needs at this moment to heal. You can find out more about each of the chakras from my Chakra Series of newsletters. These were inspired by my guides so you could call them channeled works.

Your WinC Spot Colors

Your Winc Spot is a weekly color forecast. Choose one of three random colors - check here every Saturday to select your color, then you can do one of three things:

ONE

Listen to the “Leave it to Cleaver” radio show which may or may not be streaming live.

After my piece you can hear the latest indie movie review from movie critic Stefan Day.

THREE

Come back to my Sealed With Love blog after 10am EST on Mondays to read what your color choice reveals about your week ahead. Eventually we will add a video of Your WinC Spot.

This Week’s Colors…

... are Inspired by Christmas. Make an intention to intuitively choose one of the following three colors to reflect your week ahead.

Fairy Dust (iridescent sparkly white)
Eggnog (creamy delicious yellow)
Spruce (Christmas tree green)

If you have something to say about your color choice or the interpretation or you have an idea for a color for next week’s WinC Spot then do add a comment.

Your WinC Spot for Christmas Week 2008

Before you read this week’s WinC Spot and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Eggnog (creamy yellow), Fairy Dust (iridescent white), or Spruce (Christmas tree green). Now read away!

Eggnog

Eggnog brings up memories of childhood and family gatherings, for better or worse. Its color is pale yellow and reflects extremes of happiness and laughter, as well as fear and worry. So, what does Eggnog say about your week ahead? We all have our own ideas about how to create something, but if we think of ideas as recipes then we can say that most recipes pretty much have the same basic ingredients. This means that although we may appear to be different and have opposing thoughts and opinions, we still have a common ground. It is always good to have a fresh perspective, so be willing to share experiences (and recipes) with others. Occasionally this week and probably over the coming four weeks, your eggs might scramble so to speak, in which case just start again and learn from the experience. It will all turn out nice and sweet and may even have a few extra un-anticipated ingredients. Thomas Edison, inventor of the light bulb, stated that there was no such thing as mistakes as long as you learned from them. Remember that the next time your eggs curdle!

Fairy Dust

Do you believe in fairies? This week you are invited to believe that all things are possible. You don’t have to know that they are achievable you just have to believe they are doable. Fairy Dust means that you are being touched by magic. So this week open your heart to the magic of life. It comes in many forms, but whatever form it takes it will guide you on one of life’s wonderful journeys. Fairy Dust asks you to believe in yourself! You are worth all the magic the universe has stored up for you. So, you can expect some karmic rewards this week and maybe some unexpected visits or messages from people you have not seen in a while. And one last magical surprise, be open to taking a trip some time in the next eight weeks (February feels important) that will have a profound impact on your psyche.

Spruce

This is a great time of year for you, a time when you are at your most popular. This is not to say you’re not popular the rest of the year, but for the coming two weeks you will have that extra sparkle. You won’t hog the limelight though, oh no, you will respectfully give others their chance at being center stage. There are a couple of key points for you to ponder on this week –

Number 1. Allow yourself some alone time. You can’t be “On” 24/7

Number 2. Green symbolizes the heart so there will be plenty to keep this part of your life busy, if you know what I mean!

And Number 3. Green also represents wealth, so your choice of Spruce says money matters will be on your mind. Hey, why wouldn’t it be it’s Christmas, right! Provided you plant new seeds your finances will be OK! It could take about six months for those seeds to root in and grow, so essentially this is germinating time for you. Think of it as a growth period. So off you pop and plant a few seeds.

Your WinC Spot

If you missed the Leave it to Cleaver Radio Show you can download it in its entirety as a Podcast from the Leave it to Cleaver website.

Even if you miss the show, your WinC Spot will be available every Monday on my blog. We are still toying with the idea of creating an experimental video WinC Spot, this will probably happen in the New Year. Do send me your ideas for colors for next weeks WinC Spot - I already have two suggestions. And remember to check back next week to find out what your colors are and how your choice reflects your week ahead.

Your WinC Spot For New Year Week

Before you read this week’s WinC Spot and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Sugar Plum(violet/red), Silver Bells, or Champagne. Now read away!

Sugar Plum

Thanks to Virginia Pasternak for this suggestion

Choose Sugar Plum and you are saying that your week ahead is full of change. It can go from one extreme to the other – from red root chakra topics such as your ability to manifest, to violet crown chakra experiences like a test of faith for instance. But, the point of the Sugar Plum is that despite its skins slightly tart edge, when ripe it is sweet like honey. The message then is that while your week might appear to be wrought with instability full of ups and downs, it is in fact very fruitful. Inside the plum is a seed, so within each experience is an opportunity not just for growth, but for inviting sugar coated sweetness and maybe a little spice into your life.

Silver Bells

Thanks to Jess Hubley for this suggestion

It is time for you to be heard. Start out by sharing your voice with friends. In no time at all you will have a large audience more than willing to listen. Silver is a precious metal and reflects your knowledge and wisdom. Some part of this information will be expressed in a unique and creative way. This will be so inspiring that it will encourage you to dig deeper into the depths of your creativity to see what treasures lie beneath your everyday consciousness. The keyword is teaching, but remember that when a bell rings an angel gets its wings. Angels are messengers. So, unbeknownst to you the message you bring comes from a higher source and a part of that inspirational journey you are about to embark on.

Champagne

Thanks to Meg Vecchi for this suggestion

Life is certainly bubbling for you this week as someone or something is literally going to pop your cork! You have a lot to look forward to and not just this week. Plenty of new and exciting adventures will continue into 2009. Champagne signifies a celebration and the grapes can only be grown in one region of the world, so choosing this color says that a trip to a particular place will be significant. You may not understand this until you arrive. Some time around June you will be celebrating and looking back over your whirlwind of a year, but the second half of the year may not move quite as quickly. Stick with it though as projects started mid-year will gain momentum in 2010.

Your WinC Spot

Your WinC Spot (Week in Color) For the Week of 5th January 2009

Before you read this week’s WinC Spot and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Imperial Purple, Sovereign Gold, or Royal White. There is a song to go with each of this week’s colors, just click on the song to listen and view it on the YouTube website. Now, go ahead and read your color forecast!

Imperial Purple

Passion

You might have been feeling a little bruised lately as your heart opens up to new experiences and passions. Give yourself the time to enjoy this blossoming period in your life. It takes faith not only in yourself, but also in the intentions and integrity of those around you. Be willing to examine the gamut of emotions you are fated to explore over the coming two weeks. By the end it will feel like you have been put once through the wash cycle, cleansed and ready for the next round of adventures. Suggested music to go with your mood is by a British band called Oasis, and the song is “Stop Crying Your Heart Out,” from the movie The Butterfly Effect about a man who finds a way to change his traumatic past by reading his adolescent journals. His actions change the course of his present life with unintended consequences. The moral is that everything happens for a reason and you would not be who you are today without those experiences.

Sovereign Gold

Abundance

Gold Sovereigns were first issued in the fifteenth century by Henry VII King of England and typically do not carry a mark of value. So, for all you gold sovereign choosers this is your opportunity to write your own destiny, to place your mark on history or herstory however you wish to see it. What do you want? What will fulfill you? It is time to make your dreams come true. Everything you need is right here, now! You don’t have to look outside of yourself. You can create, manifest, and fulfill whatever it is your heart desires. The key ingredient is realizing your power to create, your ability to manifest anything and everything in your life. In the movie classic From Russia with Love, James Bond is given a travel briefcase with 50 gold sovereigns hidden in a secret compartment. Your gold is hidden within you. All you have to do now is find it. Music to go with your purpose this week is “I have a Dream” by Abba

Royal White

Uniqueness

Before giving birth, Buddha’s mother had a dream of a white elephant holding a lotus flower. White is a symbol of purity, white elephants are considered to have sacred power and the lotus flower is a symbol of spiritual enlightenment. Choosing Royal white signifies that you are on a unique path, one that you have not trodden before, and could have a link to Buddhist traditions and related countries such as India and Thailand. Over the coming three weeks you will be looking at ways to express yourself that reflect a new level of awareness. You will seek a new understanding of your place in the world and may well venture outside of your current safety net. This could be a physical journey or an intellectual one or may involve traveling in your dreams. Whatever it is be prepared for some moments of silence. Your music is called, “Awakening,” by Deva Premal and Mitten. Listen to the lyrics and use the words to inspire you on the next step of your journey.

Your WinC Spot

If you missed the Leave it to Cleaver Radio Show you can download it in its entirety as a Podcast from the Leave it to Cleaver website.

Even if you miss the show, your WinC Spot will be available every Monday on my blog. We are still toying with the idea of creating an experimental video WinC Spot or maybe a Podcast or both! This will probably happen some time in the New Year. Do send me your ideas for colors for next weeks WinC Spot. And remember to check back next week to find out what your colors are and how your choice reflects your week ahead.

Have a Wonderful Week Filled With Love, Abundance, & Joy

Your WinC Spot (Week in Color) For the Week of 12th January 2009

Before you read this week’s WinC Spot and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Cinnamon Sticks, Mint Tea, or Honeycomb. Now, go ahead and read your color forecast!

Cinnamon Sticks

Embracing the Spice of Life

Cinnamon has lots of good qualities. It is known to maintain blood sugar levels, can be used as an aphrodisiac and was once so highly prized that wars were fought over it. Cinnamon reflects your need to add some spice to your life. It shows that some aspect of your day-to-day living just needs flavoring with a sprinkle of excitement, something to get your blood moving. Once this occurs - and it could be anything from a new sense of purpose to a romantic liaison - then you can be sure that you are on the right path. This is not to say that a particularly stimulating venture will continue, it is simply a sign of good things to come. To invoke this energy and clear the air of any stagnation that might hinder your path burning cinnamon sticks or cinnamon essential oil.

Mint Tea

Well-coming Growth

Mint is often used as a welcoming herb, either in tea or the leaves are rubbed on tables to summon a sweet and inviting scent. Green, the color of the heart, symbolizes growth. Mixed with the aroma of mint this implies that your popularity will inspire plenty of invitations to keep your time occupied. Because your heart will be more open than usual you will be vulnerable to some challenging conversations, ones that are destined to bring up memories, pleasant and unpleasant. To invoke the calming effect of mint try a cup of freshly brewed mint tea, but beware of its effect as an appetite stimulant otherwise you might gain a few pounds.

Honeycomb

Sweet Abundance

Your choice of honeycomb reveals a mixture of energies. First, we have the honey, or as it is known in Greece, ambrosia, the food of the Gods. Its golden color symbolizes abundance. Within the honeycomb this says to keep some of your money aside, locked away for a rainy day. Then we have the golden wax representing a new project that will involve others in its growth. This could take up to two years to formulate, but should be in the works within the next six months. Finally, the structure of the honeycomb, a mass of hexagonal – six sided cells symbolizes Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love. So, watch out for some romance this week, but remember who is queen! To invoke the golden sweetness of honey try burning a honeycomb candle, but before you light it add to it a prayer of love, abundance, and good health.

Your WinC Spot

Carnival of Healing #173 Sealed With Love

I am delighted and honored to be hosting the Carnival of Healing #173 during this special week in history/herstory, and I am especially grateful to About.com’s Guide to Holistic Healing, Phylameana Iila Desy for giving me the opportunity to host my first carnival. The Carnival of Healing is a weekly round up of personal blog posts on the topics of holistic health, wellness, spirituality, and self-empowerment. Next week Nina Dixon will be hosting Carnival #174.

This week’s blog roll is about the abundant mysticism of you!
1 – is the number of the Sun reflecting individuality and the Divine Spark
7 – symbolizes Neptune the planet of mysticism and imagination
3 – is for Jupiter, the planet of abundance and expansion

I work with color. Having seen auras since childhood color interpretation comes naturally to me. So, to guide you on this blog journey I have created this week’s carnival to reflect the colors and symbolism of the seven major hue-man chakras. If you are not familiar with chakras they are like an energetic alimentary canal - they take energy in, process it, and then eliminate whatever is not needed. They are particularly susceptible to thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, and especially sensitive to the environment. Each blog entry comes under a color with a subheading that reflects the gifts or challenges of that color.

Your WinC Spot (Week in Color) For the Week of 26th January 2009

Before you read this week’s WinC Spot and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Lilac, Pink, or Yellow.  Now, go ahead and read your color forecast!

Lilac

Lilac Flowers

Watch out for a misunderstanding at work that will get you in a bit of a pickle and a mid-week meeting that will leave you feeling left out of the loop. Toward the weekend news from family or close friends will entice you to take a much-needed break. This presents a chance to regroup and realize that you have been playing defensive. It is time for some action. The sweet smell of success is in the air for you, it just requires some strategy and careful planning. Your flower is lilac representing community and networking. Use these qualities to focus on your next step.

Pink

Lotus

You might think you have nothing to show for all the change you have been through over the past few weeks, well you would be wrong. There has been more going on behind the scenes than you realize and you are about to reap the benefits of all your hard work. A message will lift your spirits as it promises good things to come, and a trip you have been planning in February could be more memorable than you anticipate. Your flower is a beautiful pink lotus representing an open and abundant heart. Expect the gift of love this week in whatever shape or form it may take.

Yellow

Daffodils

Life will deal you a few good hands over the coming weeks, but the opinions of those that have your best interests at heart could mislead you causing you to miss out on some wonderful opportunities. While you have the support of friends and colleagues you are the only one that can make “it” happen. So, don’t go looking a gift horse in the mouth when an opportunity arises, take it! Your flower this week is a daffodil representing bright prospects and focus, guiding you to keep your eye on the finish line.

This will probably happen some time soon. Do send me your ideas for colors for next weeks WinC Spot. And remember to check back next week to find out what your colors are and how your choice reflects your week ahead.

Have a Warm Week Filled With Lilac Action, Pink Love, & Yellow Opportunities

Your WinC Spot (Week in Color Forecast) For the Week of 2nd February 2009

Before you read this week’s WinC Spot and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Blue, Charcoal, or Orange  Now, go ahead and read your color forecast!

Blue

Letting Go!

You have been holding on to some unhealthy habits, relationships, and beliefs and it is high time you recognized how this is shaping your life. The image for you this week is of a blue pair of scissors. These are available for you to cut away anything that is not working for you, such as a relationship that is less than satisfactory or a job that does not fulfill you. Blue is the color of communication, so it might just be that you need to speak up and ask for what you want instead of complaining. On the articles page of my website you will find a wonderful exercise to Cut the Ties that Bind. Use this to consciously and energetically sever the ties that no longer serve you and give you the space to create a life you love. This week your energy may be a little lower than normal. It is a reflection of the emotional weight you have held onto and one way or another this is about to shift.

Charcoal

Finding the right key!

You have been hitting a few wrong keys lately, but nothing that can’t be corrected. Take a little time to center and make a list of 10 things you would like to go back and change. Then imagine that you are erasing them and seamlessly replacing them with corrections. Everything is energy so on an energy level anything and everything is possible. Your intentions are important this week, as you will soon discover. Your thought is creating much faster than it used to. So, as you re-write your past consider how you would like the next 20 years in your future to look too. Check out Win’s blog for a little help. He asks you to email him about the one thing you asked for or said no to today and he will send you a link to his Future Self guided meditation. This meditation allows you to visit yourself 20 years from today, and to get to know the person you are becoming.

Orange

Finishing Touches!

Your excitement is almost palpable. You finally have all your ducks in a row, now all you need is that finishing touch and within the next two weeks you will know exactly what that is. You are going to ride this wave of satisfaction until April then the surge will wane. Be sure to keep all lines of communication open because around that time you will be looking for a new adventure, one that may take you either to distant lands or will connect with far off places. Mid-week expect an invitation to meet with old friends and connect with new ones. Take this opportunity to impart your creative ideas with a focus group. You don’t have to share their opinions, but it always pays to be open to others’ perspectives. The image for you this week is of sweet sticky buns with a message to stick with the people you resonate with. This is a learning curve for you as you need to be loved and accepted by everyone, but not everyone is right for you.  Read this article Chakra Series Sacral Center to understand more about yourself.

Your WinC Spot

Your weekly color forecast or Your WinC Spot is available every Monday on my blog. Very soon Your Week in Color will be coming to you in a video format. Remember to send me your ideas for colors for next weeks WinC Spot. And check back next week to find out what your colors are and how your choice reflects your week ahead.
