Ground

Grounding

I have been working and traveling and find that I am ungrounded. To ground I often eat - then put weight on of course. The best way to ground though for me is to relax in a bath, and then meditate. I imagine tree roots going into the ground from my legs, and lower torso. Alim my guide usually comes in to surround me with light and angelic energy is often around just to work with and through me as I do this. I know when I am ungrounded mostly because I make mistakes or I am running around looking for something that is lost. How do you know when you are ungrounded? Check my articles page for more information on grounding.

Your WinC Spot for Christmas Week 2008

Before you read this week’s WinC Spot and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Eggnog (creamy yellow), Fairy Dust (iridescent white), or Spruce (Christmas tree green). Now read away!

Eggnog

Eggnog brings up memories of childhood and family gatherings, for better or worse. Its color is pale yellow and reflects extremes of happiness and laughter, as well as fear and worry. So, what does Eggnog say about your week ahead? We all have our own ideas about how to create something, but if we think of ideas as recipes then we can say that most recipes pretty much have the same basic ingredients. This means that although we may appear to be different and have opposing thoughts and opinions, we still have a common ground. It is always good to have a fresh perspective, so be willing to share experiences (and recipes) with others. Occasionally this week and probably over the coming four weeks, your eggs might scramble so to speak, in which case just start again and learn from the experience. It will all turn out nice and sweet and may even have a few extra un-anticipated ingredients. Thomas Edison, inventor of the light bulb, stated that there was no such thing as mistakes as long as you learned from them. Remember that the next time your eggs curdle!

Fairy Dust

Do you believe in fairies? This week you are invited to believe that all things are possible. You don’t have to know that they are achievable you just have to believe they are doable. Fairy Dust means that you are being touched by magic. So this week open your heart to the magic of life. It comes in many forms, but whatever form it takes it will guide you on one of life’s wonderful journeys. Fairy Dust asks you to believe in yourself! You are worth all the magic the universe has stored up for you. So, you can expect some karmic rewards this week and maybe some unexpected visits or messages from people you have not seen in a while. And one last magical surprise, be open to taking a trip some time in the next eight weeks (February feels important) that will have a profound impact on your psyche.

Spruce

This is a great time of year for you, a time when you are at your most popular. This is not to say you’re not popular the rest of the year, but for the coming two weeks you will have that extra sparkle. You won’t hog the limelight though, oh no, you will respectfully give others their chance at being center stage. There are a couple of key points for you to ponder on this week –

Number 1. Allow yourself some alone time. You can’t be “On” 24/7

Number 2. Green symbolizes the heart so there will be plenty to keep this part of your life busy, if you know what I mean!

And Number 3. Green also represents wealth, so your choice of Spruce says money matters will be on your mind. Hey, why wouldn’t it be it’s Christmas, right! Provided you plant new seeds your finances will be OK! It could take about six months for those seeds to root in and grow, so essentially this is germinating time for you. Think of it as a growth period. So off you pop and plant a few seeds.

Your WinC Spot

If you missed the Leave it to Cleaver Radio Show you can download it in its entirety as a Podcast from the Leave it to Cleaver website.

Even if you miss the show, your WinC Spot will be available every Monday on my blog. We are still toying with the idea of creating an experimental video WinC Spot, this will probably happen in the New Year. Do send me your ideas for colors for next weeks WinC Spot - I already have two suggestions. And remember to check back next week to find out what your colors are and how your choice reflects your week ahead.

Happy Holidays

Your WinC Spot (Week in Color Forecast) For the Week of 9th February 2009

Before you read this week’s WinC Spot and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Black, Cream, or Coffee  Now, go ahead and read your color forecast!

Black

Going Within

This week you’re going to be searching for answers and the most confusing aspect of this is that everyone has a different response to your question. Black is supposed to be a non-color, but maybe it reflects a color you cannot see or interpret.  You have to imagine what that might be. Meditation is your keyword it means to go within. Imagine the space within you is an eight ball. The best way to find an answer is to ask the right question. Each time you ask a question it will reflect an answer and it is up to you to decide whether or not you accept this answer.  Use your imagination and intention as you visualize the eight ball revealing the answer to your question.  Be aware that as you seek so you shall find, so if you don’t want to know the answer then don’t ask the question.
Affirmation: I am an intuitive and wise being.

Cream

Unity

Security is the top of your priority list and teamwork is next on the agenda.  Early on this week you will take part in a meeting, where you will be asked to share with others your fears and concerns.  “A problem shared is a problem halved.”  Be willing to open your heart and listen to others as they give you a fresh perspective.  Cream as a color says that everything has the potential to run smoothly.  The image I see with this is of a group of unstrung pearl beads connecting closely together. The important thing to remember at this time is that everyone is in the same boat as you and you can help each other. If you are open to receive you will gain some important and valuable advice from those who are traveling along side with you, as well as make some new friends.
Affirmation: I am open to receive.

Coffee

Focus

This week you will be on a high and racing to the finish line.  You are completely on track and by the time March comes you will be looking back on one of your best achievements so far this year, maybe even one of the best of your life.  You are beginning to think about what comes next and will consider a project with links to a company outside of your current domain and possibly in another country.  On a personal level, coffee says that a current relationship is strengthening and giving you permission to expand your emotional horizons.  All relationships have their ups and downs and this one has certainly had its dark moments, but you have laid the groundwork and you are ready to commit to something much more meaningful in your life.
Affirmation: I am fulfilling my purpose.

Have a Warm Week and a Wonderful Valentine’s Day!

Your Weekly ColorScope for May 23rd 2009

This week’s ColorScope colors are in honor of our trip to the Riviera Maya in Mexico.

Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -

SEA SPONGE BROWN, STARFISH RED, CARIBBEAN TURQUOISE

Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast.

Sea Sponge Brown

Absorption

This is a great time to learn a new language or skill as you are in the mood to easily soak up everything around you. Do take care though if you are energetically sensitive as you may take in vibrations that do not serve you. If this happens just apply an Epsom salt rub while taking a shower, or imagine standing under a cleansing shower of light. Once out of the shower wrap yourself in a cloak of protection, whatever color feels right for you.
The Gift:Brown is a grounding color - so stay grounded!

Starfish Red

Choices

You might be feeling like you don’t belong here and haven’t quite found your place in the world. Not to worry, you will soon meet others who feel the same way you do.  This will stimulate you to consider your options – of which there are five!  The universe is giving you a sign and will guide you to realize that these choices are opportunities for growth. You could try each of the options on for size, but only one of them will be the right fit.
The Gift:Look to the stars for direction.

Caribbean Turquoise

Cleansing Fears

Life is about being authentic and true to yourself, but a recent conversation has brought up some of your fears around rejection and has made you doubt what you stand for.  We continually learn about ourselves through our interactions with others and this is just another one of those opportunities. Like the ocean your emotions swell and calm, so take a deep breath into the center of your chest and as your breathe out focus on being a calm body of water, just like the sea.
The Gift:Let Go!
