Soul

Mind Body Spirit & Friends

We had a great few days at the MBS expo, made new friends, renewed friendships, shared stories, hugged lots, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Everyone loved Win who likes to entertain and laugh his way through life. We are off to Omega tomorrow for the staff party and then head north for a few days to the Finger Lakes.

Energy is shifting, a new light is on its way, let us not cast shadows, let us be the light - this comes from my guide Alim, a wise soul indeed.

Working Angels

I have noticed more Angelic energy coming around lately. It may be because so many people are thinking about the economy and the change in government. They are loving and protective when they are here. I wonder if anyone else has noticed their presence. Angels are always working to balance energy, especially in cities where so many souls reside. You can help them by making an intention to be of service. Ask to work in your sleep but make sure you ask them to re-energize you before you wake up, otherwise you may be drained from all the work. Also ask the angels to help you remember your dreams.

Angels All Around

I was reminded yesterday of my association with Archangel Michael. There have been a few burglaries in the area we are currently staying in, one had occurred in a home next to ours just before our arrival. Sometimes I see energy even when I don’t try to. Usually I shut down my psychic skills otherwise the input can be draining if it is 24/7. Well, when I spoke with the lady who had been burgled I noticed a lot of cloudy energy, like thick smog around the doorway and entrance to her home. In that moment I realized that I had to cleanse the area and ask for protection otherwise this smog would attract other like-minded souls - remember that like attracts like. I asked for light to embrace our homes, cleanse the surrounding areas, and for it to illuminate everything around it so protecting us in its radiance. As a final seal on the deal I asked Archangel Michael to protect the four corners of our property. Last night I met a lady who had also been burgled. She too, after the event, asked Michael to protect herself and her family. Michael is certainly busy here.

Carnival of Healing #173 Sealed With Love

I am delighted and honored to be hosting the Carnival of Healing #173 during this special week in history/herstory, and I am especially grateful to About.com’s Guide to Holistic Healing, Phylameana Iila Desy for giving me the opportunity to host my first carnival. The Carnival of Healing is a weekly round up of personal blog posts on the topics of holistic health, wellness, spirituality, and self-empowerment. Next week Nina Dixon will be hosting Carnival #174.

This week’s blog roll is about the abundant mysticism of you!
1 – is the number of the Sun reflecting individuality and the Divine Spark
7 – symbolizes Neptune the planet of mysticism and imagination
3 – is for Jupiter, the planet of abundance and expansion

I work with color. Having seen auras since childhood color interpretation comes naturally to me. So, to guide you on this blog journey I have created this week’s carnival to reflect the colors and symbolism of the seven major hue-man chakras. If you are not familiar with chakras they are like an energetic alimentary canal - they take energy in, process it, and then eliminate whatever is not needed. They are particularly susceptible to thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, and especially sensitive to the environment. Each blog entry comes under a color with a subheading that reflects the gifts or challenges of that color.

Daylle Deanna Schwartz author and self-empowerment counselor has travelled a road that many have journeyed, but few have written about. Her latest series of Law of Attraction articles focuses on the impact that negative news - from the down turn in the economy to a flu epidemic – can have on us. Daylle presents the principles of resonance in a way that highlights their true meaning. In her words, “Though the economy is creating a negative environment, you can keep your own little corner of the world positive.”

Food
We know that antioxidants are good for us, but why are they beneficial and where do they come from? What Antioxidants Really do and Easy Ways to Get Enough answers these questions, and the inclusion of an Indigo super-food didn’t escape my notice – keeps my color buds happy!

Your Weekly ColorScope For February 21st

Your Weekly ColorScope can be heard on the Leave it Cleaver Show in its new time slot of Saturday - 12.00 to 2.00pm, and my call in time is 1.30pm.

Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, choose one of the following colors - Kiwi Green, Dragon Yellow, and Pomegranate Red  Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast!.

Kiwi Green

Feeling Your Way

A group of friends will rally round you to help you make some difficult decisions this week.  Be open to everyone’s perspectives. This collective viewpoint will guide you to make the right choices.  At some point you will talk about education and will discuss some new form of training that you are particularly drawn to.  Health wise you may feel a little off.  You are more sensitive than you realize and tend to react to changes in atmospheric pressure.  This tendency would be worth investigating. The image for you this week is a kiwi fruit formerly known as a Chinese gooseberry. So don’t be surprised if there are Chinese or New Zealand influences around you.
Green is the heart chakra color and the inner heart is pink.  So try wearing pink with green this week to support your journey.

Dragon Yellow

Breathing out Fear

You have had more than your fair share of prickly moments lately. These relate to fears surrounding an event that you are in the process of preparing for. Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out, affirm, ” I go with the flow easily and effortlessly.” In 4 to 6 weeks this event will be in the past and you can move on with your life. In the meantime, this is an opportunity for you to understand and face your fears, and to deal with them as they arise.  Notice how your body reacts during this time. Tune into your body, and let go of any tension you are storing in your body into the breath. Dragon fruit from the cactus represents yellow this week so try practicing the yoga “Breath of Fire.” Dragon fruit comes from South America, so expect links with these cultures and places over the coming two weeks.
The opposite of yellow is violet, the color of transformation.  If you have a purple glass or vessel, fill it with water, position where it will receive rays from the sun, leave it for 24 HRS and then drink up.  Make this a daily practice for at least the next month.

Pomegranate Red

Mysteries Revealed

Red is the color of the center of the earth and Pomegranate the fruit of the underworld.  Pomegranates appear on the High Priestess tarot card and it is believed that it was actually the forbidden fruit from the Garden of Eden.  So, for you this week there will be mysteries revealed, questions are answered, and all confusion replaced with clarity.  You have been through a great deal of soul searching this year and you are about to reap the benefits of your perseverance.  An unexpected phone call or message from a woman will trigger events over the coming month that will make you think you’re on a wild goose chase.  All will be revealed some time around the month of May. There could be some Greek and Indian influences for you during this time.
Try wearing red with white to clarify your purpose. White reflects all colors and combined with red will help illuminate your current path.

Your Weekly ColorScope For March 7th

This week’s colors are inspired by last week’s Leave it Cleaver radio Show guest Roberta Gould’s website. Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -

Whit, Gray, and Purple

Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast!

White

From the Heart

Over the coming week everything you have been working for will start to come together.  This will be part of a joint effort; all the same you can pat yourself on the back for a job well done.  In personal relationships you may need to clear the air, nothing big just a misunderstanding that needs to be nipped in the bud.  Imagine you are in the center of a heart made of white stones; each stone represents one of your friends.  This is how your week will be, you in the center connected and yet independent.
Action:Take a white piece of paper, cut out a heart shape, write the names of all your friends into the heart, and then place a photograph of you in the center.  Put this somewhere powerful like on a mirror.

Gray

Finding Your True Colors

You have allowed yourself to blend in for too long, it is time to change your stripes and reveal your true colors. It no longer serves you to be one of the crowd - you deserve so much more. Your gifts are many, so take a look at what you enjoy the most - other than hiding that is - and focus on sharing this gift to benefit others. In the next two weeks someone you hold dear will suggest you take a trip together. Go, as this will take you out of the gray and will herald a new direction for you.
Action:Use full spectrum lighting in your workplace to shower you with a rainbow.

Purple

The Next Step

You are in that in between place, between breathing in and breathing out, so things might feel a little constricted as if you can’t breathe at the moment. You can count on friends to remind you that this is just a plateau. Some time in the next month to six weeks everything is going to turn around. While this might not be a pretty event, it is certainly a necessary one. Over this next week make a plan of how you want your life to look, that way when the change comes your soul will have a map to guide it.
Action:Read Win’s blog post called “Changes” from January 2009, this is all you need to guide you on your next step.

If you like Your Weekly ColorScope you are going to love my monthly color forecast too. My ColorScope is one of a kind and is updated monthly. Check back later for my first Video Color Forecast.

Your Weekly ColorScope can be heard on the Leave it to Cleaver Radio Show on Air on Saturdays 12.00 EST until 2.00pm.

His guest this week is musician Rich Goodheart, Win Harper will be coaching a client on air at 1.00pm, Stefan Day has the latest on what’s on at the movies, and I will be calling in with this week’s ColorScope at 1.30pm. Your Weekly ColorScope For March 14th

This week’s colors are inspired by last week’s Leave it to Cleaver Radio Show guest Rich Goodhart’s website. Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -

GOLD, SILVER, GREEN

Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast!

Gold

From the Heart

You can’t keep it locked inside any longer it all has to come out.  Gold reflects your inner treasure, whatever that maybe.  This could be an emotional bounty, or maybe the wealth of your experience and wisdom, or it might be that you have a secret that has been hidden away and it is time to let it out.  You are a little on edge at the moment so don’t be too hasty, gather the information you need that will allow you to open up in a safe space.
Action: Imagine yourself surrounded by gold, draw this into your solar plexus and allow your inner sun to shine.

Silver

Intuition

You’ve been receiving a lot of intuitive messages. Stop ignoring them!  This is the perfect time for you to develop your intuitive skills. Write down the messages you receive then meditate on whether or not they are literal or symbolic.  This is the week of messages - you will be writing a very important letter, a group event will give you food for thought and a message from a woman will be significant although possibly a little cryptic.
Action: Train your intuition. Write down a question, meditate on receiving an answer then note whatever comes to you - even if it’s a little strange

Green

Compassion

You are a compassionate soul and your concern for others and for the planet will be the driving force for you this week.  Green is the color of a new project, but this isn’t just any venture.  It is one you will probably start out alone and will gain momentum in the next six months. Along the way you will unite with new and old friends who are on the same path. This is a two-year influence so don’t be surprised if you travel the globe during this time in pursuit of your purpose.
Action: Spend time with nature, and go hug a tree!

If you like Your Weekly ColorScope you are going to love my monthly color forecast too. My ColorScope is one of a kind and is updated monthly. Check back later for my first Video Color Forecast.

Your Weekly ColorScope for April 4th

This week’s colors are inspired by singer and artist,  Eva Cassidy. Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -

GOLD, RAINBOW, BLUE-GREEN

Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast

Gold

Fields of Gold

Your creativity may have been a little stifled lately, but this week that closed in feeling is going to lift and all those ideas that have been at arms length will flood into your consciousness. A happy event toward the end of the week sees you reunited with loved ones, and in the next two weeks there will be news bringing the promise of change.  Initially you will view this as unlucky, but in time you will see just how fortuitous it really is.
Action:Listen to Eva Cassidy’s Fields of Gold

Rainbow

Over the Rainbow

Rainbows contain all the colors, but to see a rainbow you need light and a spectrum. This reflects your current situation, in other words, in order to manifest your vision you need optimum conditions and more than two ingredients or people working in unison.  There is a right time for everything and when that time comes everything will fall into place and the rainbow will appear. What you may not be expecting is that additional gift – the pot of gold, which is not necessarily literal, but will be just as good.
Action:Listen to Eva Cassidy’s version of Over the Rainbow.

Blue-Green

Eva’s Favorite Colors

Your emotions have been a little up and down recently. This is not bad; it is spring-cleaning your internal world and preparing you for a summer of love.  Over the coming year you will connect with old friends from previous lifetimes commonly known as soul mates. Think back to when you were a child. Which place in the world did you most connect with? This is a clue that will link you with at least one of your soul mates this year.
Action:Listen to Eva Cassidy’s True Colors

If you like Your Weekly ColorScope you are going to love my monthly color forecast too. My ColorScope is one of a kind and is updated monthly. Check back later for my first Video Color Forecast.

Your Weekly ColorScope can be heard on the Leave it to Cleaver Radio Show on Air on Saturdays 12.00 EST until 2.00pm.

His guests this week are singer and artist Eva Cassidy’s parents, a whole show devoted to her wonderful work. Regulars on the show next week - Win Harper will be coaching a client on air at 1.00pm, Stefan Day has the latest on what’s on at the movies, and I will be calling in with this week’s ColorScope at 1.30pm plus Dave Mockaitis will call in with what’s happening in the heavens. Your Weekly ColorScope for May 2nd 2009

This week’s colors are inspired by my new fairy crown - I’ll post a photo soon so that you can see it in all its glory.

Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -

FAERIE OPAL, DRYAD BROWN, LEPRECHAUN GREEN

Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast

Faerie Opal

Surprises

Take one cup of rainbow sparkles, mix with a handful of laughter, add a pinch of happiness and what do you get? This is your life this week and it will be charmed with all kinds of wonderful surprises. Some of them will be immediately recognizable as blessings, while others will be appreciated later. One new or recently made friend will play an increasingly important role in your life over the coming weeks and months leading to new experiences and possibly joint career ventures.
Action:Make a wish and blow Fairy Dust into the wind as you repeat the wish three-times.

Dryad Brown

Soul Mates

There is a group of people you are connected with on a soul level; the problem is you just haven’t found them on a physical level yet. That yearning you have been feeling is your heart guiding you to link with these like-minded souls. You can mix with anyone, but you need to be with people who are on the same level as you. Once you reconnect with your soul group everything your life has been about so far will fall into place.
Action: Dryads are tree fairies, so take a walk in the woods and connect with the trees, they will guide you to find your soul mates.

Leprechaun Green

Stepping Stones

It hasn’t been easy for you over this last couple of weeks, but things are about to change. You might experience one minor hiccup that will delay a long awaited event, but don’t let this stand in the way of your happiness especially as it is a transient phase and will soon pass. May is a particularly good month for you, so look on the bright side and when obstacles get in the way know that they are merely stepping stones taking you from where you are now into another wonderful moment in time.
Action:In green ink, write down three things you would like to achieve this month and next to each one write one step you can take toward its manifestation.

Your Weekly ColorScope for May 9th 2009

This week’s colors are inspired by a mother’s love and the day honoring this most maternal instinct - Mother’s Day. My mother died more than 25 years ago, but I think of her often and always with love in my heart. I appreciate her gift of life to me.

Before you read Your Weekly ColorScope and with the intention of receiving information about your week ahead, take a deep breath in, close your eyes and for a few moments go into your center. When you are ready ask which color best reflects your week and contains the messages you need to hear. Then choose one of the following colors -

RED, PINK, WHITE

Now, go ahead and read your Color Forecast

Red

Links

Red brings a message of sadness for you this week, but not in the way you might think. You will be letting go of something old, possibly a memory or some memorabilia that has stood in the way of you moving forward. It is likely that this connects to family ties – red denotes blood relations – but it could just as well be linked with close friends that are like family. There is a particularly strong west coast connection for you this week, a song that will stir up emotions, and some good news linking to next month.
The Gift: There is only one of us here - Meditate on the blood connection between you and all the people you have known. Imagine it is a beautiful clean and vibrant red ribbon, linking you with your soul family.

Pink

Sensitivity

Pink hearts will be open hearts this week and your color choice reflects your increased sensitivity to everything and everyone around you. Take care not to take things too personally.  Just like a flower, you are opening up to a new way of being that can make you a touch vulnerable.  Once the initial expansion is over you can get back to being your old self, but in a new way.  The universe will offer you a message of love through a child, or a child-like person. Be open to receive this love in whatever shape or form it may take.
The Gift: Everyone is a reflection of you - Honor your sensitivity and be open to receive love by wearing something pink every day this week.

White

Consciousness

This will be one of your calmer weeks, although it won’t start out that way. On Wednesday you will either see or notice a Buddha that you hadn’t seen before, or will perform a Buddhist ritual such as meditation. These are signs of a turning point and everything that occurs after it will appear to be in slow motion. Around the same time as this shift, you will contemplate taking a journey possibly within the next two weeks. This could be an outer or an inner journey or both. As white indicates new ideas and experiences, expect this trip to be a unique adventure.
The Gift: Everything is an extension of you - Place white flowers in your home, but first connect with their consciousness and ask them where they need to be positioned.
