This meditation invites you release people, addictions or negative thoughts and ideas that no longer serve you or/and have given you pain.
This is an exercise originally devised by Phyllis Krystal to cut energy cords that we have created. These can drain our personal energy and tie us to behavior that does not work for us.
In this meditation we visualize circles of white light surrounded by violet, but if you prefer you can visualize violet circles surrounded by white light.
Both violet and white are colors of change, transformation, and cleansing. Take your time with this, it is a profoundly cleansing exercise.
