What My Computer Problems Taught Me

On some level everything in life is a reflection of what's going on for you internally. It's not conscious and it's combined with karma, destiny, and other factors. Even the simple things.

Many moons ago I lived in a flat in London where the drains would clog up with pigeon poop. A common problem, but I knew that internally this was connected with my emotions being blocked by stuff I was holding onto.

Have you ever battled with technology - for longer than you care to admit to - and finally, you give up and something you'd held onto shifts? That's what happened to me yesterday.

I've been battling with a computer for over 3 years. "I've crashed again" was it's middle name. I took it into the store and told the Apple Genius that no matter what happened I wasn't taking it home, it was time to start afresh.

This might seem a rather extravagant thing to do especially as they committed to fixing it for free when it was out of warranty, but intuitively I felt the issues it had connected with something within me, something that's felt stuck for quite some time. And wouldn't you just know it.

As soon as I let that computer go I felt a shift

Here I am with a new computer and it's already 100% better than the previous one. My point is something changed within me. An attitude about money, a belief that I deserved better, maybe a realization that life doesn't have to be a struggle or hard work.
