Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want every customer to love their purchases with us, but if you are not happy with your order upon receipt then you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. There are a few criteria for returns and exchanges:

To be approved for your return, exchange or eligible refund, please provide your information in the form provided.

 Full refunds are given minus shipping costs, refunds will be given in the same way payment was made upon receipt. Return your items using tracking and consider insurance, refunds cannot be issued on returns that have been lost in the mail.

Customers are responsible for all shipping cost to send the item in question to Sealed With Love.

If you prefer then you can make an exchange, the item chosen will be shipped once the original purchase is received.

PayPal will invoice reshipping costs, if ‘reshipping’ charge is not paid within 7 days we cannot re-ship the item. To know if your item is eligible for credit or an exchange, please enter your information in the form provided.

Please note returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted for custom pieces. In the event your custom design arrived damaged, please notify us immediately.
