Message for Everyone

Titanium Rainbow Quartz brought the message of being multifaceted. There are many layers and dimensions to the situation or person you’re asking about.

So much is happening in the world right now, and so much is happening in our lives too. Personally, emotionally, mentally, physically, and globally, there’s a lot to navigate.

As healers and light-bearers, we tend to open ourselves up and draw everything in. I notice this even when I go for a massage or a healing. My energy reaches out, and I begin to sense the other person’s vibration. We do this with the news, with friends, and every time we listen to someone’s problems.

All that energy can feel like static on your radio waves, creating disharmony. Your angels are asking you to come back to your center. Breathe. Return to the here and now, to the I AM, to you.

You are a beautiful rainbow being, just like this quartz. Let your light shine through every facet of who you are, and let nothing happening in the world dim it.

Try a shower of light each day. When you wake up, imagine light pouring over you and cleansing your energy for the day ahead. Before bed, do it again to clear everything out so you can enjoy a peaceful, restful sleep.

Message One:  

Amber invites you to give it to God, the Divine, or the light. Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, release the situation for healing and answers.

Amber comes from tree resin. It feels ancient and slow, like something that has been brewing for a long time. Its orange glow connects to our emotions.

There’s an emotion that has been simmering for quite a while, and now it’s time to let it go. Cry it out, talk it out, meditate it out, heal it out. However it wants to move, allow the release.

Message Two:

Citrine speaks of unnecessary worries. Release the burden of worry by giving it to the Divine for healing and solutions.

So often we fear something that may never happen. That worry creates disharmony and draws more of the same energy toward us. When you return to the present moment, there’s no past and no future. There’s only here and now.

Citrine is a golden stone of success, abundance, and confidence. It expands the solar plexus, the very place where we hold on to fear. As we release that fear, our light shines brighter, and light attracts more light. More health, more wealth, more love, more blessings.

Try this with me. Place your hand over your solar plexus and circle counterclockwise to move out your worries and concerns. Rub your hands together and feel the light build. Then circle clockwise to draw in beautiful, fresh energy.

Now imagine a glowing citrine resting at the center of your solar plexus. It shines like a shield, yet you remain completely open. I could feel the tingling moving through me as I did this.

Message Three: 

Ruby says Bless your heart. Reach out for emotional support to heal and mend your heart.

That rich pinkish-red energy carries a sense of old hurt. It may be from long ago, a moment when your heart felt wounded, and now it’s ready to heal.

Move your hand over your heart and find where that energy is stuck. When you find it, give it love. Say, “I love you.” Thank your heart for carrying this, and invite it to release the hurt to your angels and to the light.

Bless your heart. Thank it for supporting you, for pumping life through your body, for holding space for your emotions, and for being a vessel of love.

Our hearts are connected to the Earth, and she is moving through her own shifts and changes. As you heal your heart, invite the Earth to heal hers too, so we can do it together.
