We can often make judgments to save time. Sounds odd doesn't it, but our judgments can help us. They guide us based on past experiences or on knowledge we've gained. The problem is, we use this skill to judge others especially when someone doesn't fit into a box we've created for them. Or maybe we judge someone because it's easier to do that than look at ourselves.
