Our Daffodils are blossoming, such a beautiful and happy yellow. Flowers always bring a smile to my soul at this time of year as the earth changes.

You bring me enormous happiness too, especially when I know my work has touched your life in a meaningful way.

This past week I've received some wonderful messages letting me know how much the meditations I've created over the years have impacted and changed lives.

Who would've thought something so simple as meditation could have such a profound effect, but the thing is, it does.

It's an incredibly powerful tool, more so when done with others. Joint intention and focus guides the transformative energy.

Today, I had a lovely meeting with some of my Soul Circle members online. We chatted, laughed, experienced a virtual hug of love.

Families across the globe are connecting in this way, and then it occurred to me, something I've thought about for some time.

We celebrated the end of summer on Canandaigua Lake a few weeks ago, by honoring a local Native American tradition, Genundowah, Festival of Lights, or Ring of Fire as we know it.

The Seneca would burn tobacco and fires around the lake to give thanks for their bountiful harvest during the summer. They still hold a ceremony and light a fire atop the hill where I live, signaling everyone on the lake to join in the celebration by lighting a flare or a fire.

It's a lovely way to honor the seasons and offer gratitude to nature.

It's easy to forget how blessed we are.

Every night as I lay in bed, just before sleep, I give thanks for the blessings in my life. I always feel it's good to go to sleep with gratitude in my heart.

If you missed it, I joined with Shawneen Ng, one of my lovely Soul Circle members to offer an impromptu Healing Prayer Circle at the weekend for everyone suffering in the world, especially those impacted by fiery energy.

I realized that the riots in the US link with the fire of passion and the virus circling the globe contains this same fire element. The fires in the US, global warming and the speed of animal extinction are all connected with the fire element too.

So this healing, prayer, and meditation session can be used at any time to bring healing and support at this time when the fire element is out of balance.

Join us to bring balance back into our lives and into the natural world.

I LOVE to look at the stars, how about you?

Sometimes with a longing in my heart. Do you get that too? Do you long to return home to the stars? Maybe you have that sense that you belong somewhere else in the cosmos, I get that often.

There's a particular area I like to look at. With no ambient light, it's easy to stargaze.

You come from the stars, did you know that? You have a little stardust within you, so it wouldn't be surprising if you found yourself lost among them sometimes.

I like to think of our chakras as stars. Light vortexes, filled with energy, reflecting your consciousness, healing journey, and awakened self. 

Your chakras live in the home of your energy body, they are doorways into your internal world and can be revealed in surprising places in your external world.

I'm in the process of decluttering my work and home spaces. Everything as far as I'm concerned is a reflection of my inner world.

Feng Shui – The Chakra Guide to Coming Clean With Clutter

In my work as a psychic and color intuitive, I find a lot of my clients surrounded energetically by a mess of confusion, often reflected in their homes as clutter.

Imagine each room in your home represents chakra energy – the mechanism of the subtle bodies - what does your home say about your chakras?

Any clutter creates confusion. It reflects an inability or unwillingness to clear debris and heal the source of an issue. In other words, clutter covers issues. So, untidiness may well be preventing you from recognizing and healing specific chakras and their associated energies.
